Got a cowboy hat for my birthday, but it was a size too small. Went in, found the right size, and then came out with a nice set of earrings for my Wife too!

I was looking at boots for my daughter, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for but the associate that assisted me offered to special order the ones I was looking for and was very knowledgeable about their products.
