After the pandemic, the service is the worst, they changed too much, they no longer want to make the hot sauce that I liked so much, they no longer want to serve you, you have to order at the cashier and pick up the food at the counter, the truth is I'm disappointed with their service, I loved coming but not now :(

They’ve been messing up every single order for the last hour I’ve been waiting here. They forgot about my order trying to fix their mistakes and I swear they gave me the eggrolls someone returned because the box they gave me was broken and had missing eggrolls. If I could give a 0 stars I would. I went for the first and last time. I would always smell their food when shopping at Food 4 Less so I was really excited to try it as it smelled amazing. I ordered sweet and sour chicken and a side of chicken chow mein, orange chicken with chicken chow mein and a hot and sour tofu soup. The tofu soup came with chicken and my fiance completely hated it. When I was about to serve a plate of orange chicken and chicken chow mein I found a dead roach . I will never be eating there again!!

Their service has always been subpar since I can remember. Their food was good, so the lack of customer service was tolerable. Today I orederd item Z, which consisted of chicken chowmein and sweet & sour chicken. The chowmein noodles lacked any real flavor and the small diced up barely there chicken strongly tasted of fish. Now I understand oyster sauce is common in Chinese America food but it was odd that the chicken had no chicken taste just fish. As for the sweet and sour it wasn't the way I preferred it to be prepared. Because the sauce was just poured over the chicken not tossed but that's more of a preference not a standard. All this to say the food lacked any good flavors. You can't have bad food and bad customer service.

We always order from this place as other places we tried doesn't hit the spot. Rice is bomb, and love ordering the chicken chow. Recommend this place if ever craving chinese food!

Think twice about going here! Was eating beef and broccoli when I found a roach! called to tell them about it and the lady was very rude saying that we didn't order from there. Then said to bring it back for my money back. Not going to fix the fact that they have roaches...

best spot for Chinese food ! they make everything fresh cook to order! that's what makes it so good and the cheff is so so consistent of his dishes that he prepared for the customer is the way he makes his at home! u have havent try orange chicken the real deal l! it's not like no china express experience it's like u experience the taste of china type of feeling! Whenever I'm feeling like having some authentic Chinese food, this is my go to spot. I usually do take-out. I'd say the food is a bit on the pricey side, but the amount of food each place has is pretty decent in my opinion. I've been ordering here for years and never had an issue so far. Sometimes they do get busy, so make sure you order ahead of time.
