Drove 20 minutes there to pu a prescription. Said it would be ready in 1 to 2 hours. I said I would have to come back the next day. Before I got home less than 20 min. I received a text prescription was ready I called and complained. Dirty store no inventory. Not going back I canceled my order will go to another CVS.

09/11/23. Walked in to CVS today looking for Benadryl allergy medication. Cashier greeted me. I asked where the Benadryl was, and she was knowledgeable of what isle exactly it was located.

This is the worst pharmacy ever they have incompetent people that work there. You always have to wait from 30 to 1 1/2 hours to get your prescription. I don't understand why. Just as everyone says about the staff here is rude and not too intelligent. Maybe you are required to be unintelligent to be hired at this pharmacy

Upon completing the vaccination check-in, the Pharmacy Tech at Madera Country Club branch, she instructed us to wait at the vaccination area for a couple minutes.After waiting 20 minutes, I followed up at the check-in counter & asked how many minutes more do we have to wait. She then asked Joon, who doesn’t seem to care how long we’ve been waiting to administer the shots to elderly patients .Had to follow-up & Joon who administers the shot who kept repeating I’m working on it, looking irritated on the follow-up. That was a rude comment & attitude to me. It still took time for the vaccine to be administered. This is in stark contrast to the Howard Branch where everyone are just so helpful.

This place goes from bad to worst. Their cashier do not know the proper method to handle cash transaction. Garbing money that is in front of the customer & that is still being counted by the customer in large denominations; and distracting them from the counting of money. Is high inappropriate. The cashier and the asst. during the hours 7Pm-8pm on 2/5/23 should be dismissed. They both failed to properly handle a money gram transaction. Lastly, when a customer hasn't handed the money to you, you should not touch it until it is given to you. Yes, and I will say it loudly keep your hands off my money until it is given to you!

Alot of the food is outdated, I have to shop close to my home because of health issues and I need to have fresh food ,Please check the food and get rid of the old food, their are burritos from Feb 2021

Today, 8/26/21, went in for vaccine's, Flu and Pneumonia. Everything went great. The staff, from the clerk's up at the front of the store, to the tech's and pharmacist's, couldn't be nicer.

I went to this CVS March 7, 2021. I had an appointment for a covid vaccine and was rejected due to not having insurance. If it was up to CVS, only the rich would live.
If you need the covid vaccine, please go through the county. The covid vaccine is being distributed at the Madera Fair grounds without the requirement of having insurance.
