Update: the car my friend purchased here blew up in a month. DONT BUY FROM HERE.
Terrible customer service, came to check out cars and he wouldn’t let me test drive a car said I needed “to be financed and accepted” but my friend didn’t need that when she pulled up yesterday. Also assumed I couldn’t afford the car I was asking about. I wont be spending any of my money here since you profiled me incorrectly and denied me a test drive. Also will never recommend this place to anyone again.

This is David Riley I am the owner of Riley's Auto Sale's.Rebecca Valenz did indeed buy a car from us and did indeed call us 3 days after buying the car to say the check engine light came on! We told her to take it to our mechanic to see what is going on! SHE NEVER WENT! Then 3 weeks later out of the blue calls, she callsus and tells us that her car is overheating! So AGAIN!! We tell her to take it to our mechanic, to see what's going on! SHE NEVER SHOWS UP AT THE MECHANIC'S, NEVER CALLS US AND THEN WRITES THIS REVIEW FOR WHATEVER REASON!!SO WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSSED TO DO???SO, even after all this, we are still willing to help you! we have called you about taking it to the mechanics since we made appointments for you, but you never show up?? He blocks out time for you when we make an appointment for you and when you don't show he dings me $50.00!So we can only do so much for people! This was a 2002 VW Beetle and a 20 year old car will always give you problem so here we are!! When you post stuff like this it's very damaging to the business especially when you don't tell the whole story!

Im giving 2 stars because they helped me with a fast and easy purchase, initial customer service was great. However, two weeks after purchase of my car, the check engine light came on, contacted Riley's Auto, with no response back. Had it taken in to run a diagnostics, and it appears many codes came up, the one most expensive, was the catalytic converter. Now, HOW? did this pass? Well, a week later took for my first car wash. Water came flowing down through the roof. Contacted the car lot again, they messaged me back this time on this situation, back and forth convos' than sent me a number to contact someone. Two days later, no call back. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AT THIS PLACE, TAKE A MECHANIC AND CODE READER. 4/21/23 still no actions taken by RILEY'S AUTO SALES

Just went through a bankruptcy a couple of months ago I saw an advertisement from Rileys Auto sale stating they would do business with anyone regardless of bankruptcy and poor credit score .Only 500.00 dollars down, so I decided to go in. What a scam!!! Do not do business with these people. I now have good income and am trying to build my credit back up, but these people wanted nothing to do with me

I feel robbed! We received a auto liquidation flyer in mail with a scratch and win if you match 3 of the 6 different pics. We had three7s, I called and they asked for the # on ticket and said we won 1 of the 5 prizes. I called two times to verify, and the girl said again, on my ticket I can see the prize. It said three 7s was first place prize of $15,000.00 cash, no purchase necessary. Amazing but even on flyer it said no purchase and we get their to only be given another stupid lottery ticket that was a lower and was tryi.g make auto sale for like $20,000 . Car that was maybe worth $6,000-$10,000 was even too much. I can't believe they do this to people. Its so wrong. We barely used our only few dollars in gas till payday on the 9th. Someone should stop them.

This place was awful. They used an outdoor patio set up to negotiate. Their cars were all terrible and their employees were just nasty people trying to steal your money. Stay away from here and don’t make the mistake of giving this business any money. Just gross.

*SCAMMER* I would've gave David Riley Auto shop 0 stars but I had to choose 1. My girlfriend purchased a Toyota Prius from David. As soon as she pulled off the lot, the car was shaking. You could tell something underlying was wrong with the car. David reassured us the car would be okay and when my girlfriend expressed her concerns, David then purchased a warranty for the car. It turns out the head gasket and the engine was completely shot. The head gasket had a leak which was leaking into the engine. We have been to 6 different mechanics and car shops and everybody tells us it's a complete lemon. It was broken from the start. AND then he thought the fact that he bought a warranty for us that he was "helping us out". Of course "his" warranty's he puts hard didn't covered the engine or head gasket. MIND YOU the entire time he's yelling at my girlfriend on the phone, ignoring our text messages, just over ally being a sneaky thief. He is a sneaky horrible cars man. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY OR PLACE! My girlfriend waisted 10,000! We had to sell it for junk for 3,000 We are in our early 20's so this car was a huge purchase for her and completely set us back to now we are car less and lost out on 7,000.

Listen to all of these bad reviews! They are all true! I didn't listen and decided to give this crook a chance. He was super rude and offensive when we tried negotiating the price. He was very hostile and agressive when i offered him $2300 for an overpriced Toyota echo for $2995 that had no antifreeze for who knows how long. HE TRIED SAYING IT WAS THE WIPER FLUID AND WE HAD TO SHOW HIM THAT IT CLEARLY WASNT AND HE OFFERED TO FILL IT WITH WATER, YES, WATER AND WOULDNT LOWER THE PRICE. Also the radio didn't work, one of the back seats didn't latch, and the parking break gets stuck. the paint is nothing pretty either. the tags expired in November which is this month, AND he lied on the posting he said it expired in December. All that being said hes lucky i offered him anything over $2000 and for him to get mad at me is truly outragous. It was actually the way he reacted. HE LITERALLY TOLD MY GF TO GIVE HIM THE KEYS AFTER WE OFFERED. I dont know what this mans problem is but he doesnt seem like a good person at all. yet alone to buy a car from. such a pathetic excuse for a person. bad vibes from this place stay faaaaaaaaaar away from these morons
