DO NOT USE!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I locked my keys in my car at the Pilot station, right across the street from their yard outside of Madera. I called, the dispatcher, said she'd need to get a quote from her supervisor, then call me back. She called 10 minutes later with a quote for $195, sent me the invoice, and said she'd dispatch a driver. I paid the invoice, and did not hear back for almost 30 minutes. I called her back, she said the driver was on his way to pick up the lockout kit from their yard - across the street from the Pilot. Ten minutes later I get a call from their driver, he asked the year/make/model of my car, and said he'd be there in 10-15 minutes. Another 30 minutes goes by and I receive a call from their dispatch and she tells me her driver said he wouldn't be able to unlock my car because of the key fob being in the car - I told her this was the 2nd time I have done this, and it wasn't an issue last time. She once again said they couldn't do it, and her supervisor would need to be the one to issue me a refund because she couldn't - but was unaware of how long it would take to post back to my account. I called another tow truck company. The driver was there within 5 minutes, used the same lockout kit that was used before - with absolutely no damage to my car - and I was on my way within 20 minutes of my phone call to them. Also, for a third of the price! If you need ANY type of tow service in the Madera area, use Ron's!!! DO NOT USE THIS PRICE GOUGING COMPANY!!!

I was driving through Coalinga when the DEF coolant sensor went out in my Semi so my company called Eppler to come out and fix it, it was around 6pm when a guy by the name of Genaro showed up with the part he quickly got to it and fixed it without a problem! I was chatting with him while he was getting it done and he is absolutely a master at his craft, Definitely a person I would want working for me if I owned a company. If you need their service don't think twice about calling them great people great company! -Manny w/ Andros Engineering

We took our motorhome to Bass Lake California. We towed our Honda for campground area transportation. At the end our stay, the motorhome starter completely failed. We couldn't locate a repair facility open on Sunday, so we called Eppler towing, who dispatched Armando. Armando could not have been more courteous, professional, or helpful. He towed our motorhome to our residence (150 miles) and arrived shortly after we did. He skillfully backed the motorhome into our backyard, into a position where it could be safely accessed for us to unload, and was accessible for repairs. He made sure the wheels were blocked and the parking brake was set before he disconnected it from the towtruck. Armando's service was professional and top notch.

didnt even get past a minute on the phone before i hung up and told the guy how rude he was. im pretty shocked at what awful customer service skills. very cocky attitude i had to write a review. might want to give your business to a company that values their customers a bit more, i surely did this morning! btw your angry attitude lost you an $800 tow to the bay area
