I had a really bad experience at this nail salon the other day. I just wanted a basic French pedicure, but they charged me $100, which seemed way too high.
Plus, the guy who did my nails was super rude. He told me my toes needed a lot of work and basically implied they were ugly. It was so awkward and not relaxing at all.
I definitely won't be going back there. It was a total waste of money and a really uncomfortable experience.

My intentions of coming into this salon was to get a pedicure. At first they greeted me and my cousin very nicely. We then got seated and everything was going well until I had asked for acrylic. I asked for only acrylic on my big toe and the man doing my toes said “Oh no honey you need them on all toes” (basically calling my toes ugly) and he gave a NASTY STANK LOOK! I felt so incredibly uncomfortable and shocked at what he said to me. I then changed my mind and asked for gel. Once the pedicure was done he looked at me and said “See wayyyy better”. At this I wanted to cry and felt so hurt. I will never come back again. The customer service here was so disappointing.

The guy that did my pedicure was rushing and scraped up my legs, didn’t smooth out my nails and didn’t oil my feet. Then the lady who did my full set nicked me so many times and didn’t do a good job. They were all nice but their work no.

Very good customer service.They make you feel comfortable! Also very good nail work!! I’m in love with my nail set!I really recommend coming to get your needs at j&j nails!

Took my sister a couple times to get her nails done by a girl there named DD and tbh I don’t like how she does nails in general she made my sisters nails bleed she does them too rough and leaves cuts on fingers be more gentle girl and have a little bit more of customer service. Rose nails is better I’m gonna continue going there

This place is horrible. I came in here for a deluxe pedicure top of the line $65 pedicure with French tip. After 5 minutes the older guy was rushing through every step I was immediately not happy. Like does he have to use the bathroom? Also why are you scrubbing my legs with a brush that hurts! I've never been so disappointed in a pedicure service. Never again.

This was my place to go to for the past 3yrs but after today I don’t think I will be going back anytime soon. I paid $43 just to get my toes painted what it seemed like… no massage and hot rocks. The chair wasn’t working I requested to get moved and I was ignored. I’m very disappointed in their service today. I will be looking for a new spot. They used to be so good at what they did now it’s just awful!

I admit I have not been to this nail salon in years and I used to be a faithful customer, well after my last visit I will never return. While I was able to get in within minutes without an appointment, the customer service lacked. Other than asking what I wanted and how much I had to pay I was not spoken to at all. Not sure who did my pedicure but she conversed with the other lady the whole time which I couldn't understand one word they were saying (no biggie, used to that) but when she wasn't talking to her she was stopping to get on her cell phone. There was an older lady next to me getting a pedicure and the older man was irritating me by how rough he was with her and how he would get frustrated when she couldn't hear or understand him. To make matters worse if you find anything wrong that needs to be fixed they argue with you like you're stupid....

I had I think the owner (male) start and he did the shaping and the full set of my nails while the girl in the front finished up and she would do the design I wanted. I really like how time efficient they are. I love the shape they gave me, the girl did almost exactly the reference picture I sent. Overall really good experience. I was only charged 60$ which is fair for a full set + gel + design.

I absolutely love Love LOVE JJNails! Best In Madera CA. I live their sense of humor and how they make you feel like family. They do my 5 year Olds nails and have never made her feel like she's too young or doesn't belong. Their talent is superb as well.

was in a rush getting to work. just noticed one side of my nail isn't even painted fully... one even chipped Look at all the brown they didn't wipe off :( Disappointed and I don't have time to go before or after work to fix it
