I came in with a complicated prepaid issue needing to port my number from another carrier and confirm voicemail would work overseas in Greece. She was patient and professional, completed the port, and even tested the voicemail from the store to make sure it worked. Her professionalism and interpersonal skills were top notch and she is a definite asset to the T-Mobile brand. Thank you Cristina!!”
