Navii stayed over an entire hour past closing time to help us switch from our previous carrier to T-Mobile and made sure we left the store with our new phones fully set up. Because my work schedule is very hard to work with, this meant a lot to us and truly showed her dedication.
At no point did she rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. She remained calm, patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
