“I would like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding experience we had with Navii at your T-Mobile store.
Navii stayed over an entire hour past closing time to help us switch from our previous carrier to T-Mobile and made sure we left the store with our new phones fully set up. Because my work schedule is very hard to work with, this meant a lot to us and truly showed her dedication.
At no point did she rush us or make us feel like an inconvenience. She remained calm, patient, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process.
Switching carriers can be stressful, but Navii made everything feel smooth and easy. She explained everything clearly and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of every step of the way. Her willingness to go above and beyond really stood out.
