Just got my spare tire switched out. The employee who serviced my vehicle was very professional. Didn’t try to upsell me (tho my tires clearly need it) which is awesome because the anxiety that comes with getting something so small fixed thinking they’re going to try to sell me something I can’t afford is real. But today at H.O. Tires nothing but a great outcome
Thank you again. I can now get my boy to his therapy safely.

Had them do a lot of work on my car and Truck, everything was good on the except for the front brakes and rotors took it in three times said they fixed it never fixed it. Wright took it back to have them check it again and they will not stand behind their product very unhappy with them. New office manager called and had me bring my car back and she took care of brakes and rotors. Sara is the best. Thank you new manager.

I have had many issues with my trucks alignment since new. Spoke with Carlos about the alignment issues. They did a great job and so far the alignment is is better than it ever has been. Thank you to you and your employees for taking the time and correcting/fixing my concern. Highly recommend H.O. Tires.
