I was told over the phone deposit was 200. I go in the lady said debit 500 so I go put 500 plus payment in bank. Come back then right before then show me the car I'm supposedly going rent they run my credit 3 times then tell me I don't qualify to rent a vehicle. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, what a waste of time and bad service. I went down the street to another car rental and no hassle no nothing got the van I needed for way less.

Horrible customer service! Very rude. Disrespectful! I asked to speak with the manager she walked away like she was going to get a manager, then she walked backed out the room saying she was the manager! I asked her was she serious? She was acting out a skit on tiktok I did not find any of this funny at all..I repeatedly ask for her supervisor number she refused to give me the number. Mind you when I entered the location the autobody next door had to call her from the back room.

rented a car in march, was assured that i had the insurance by the rep and unfortunately ended up in a small fender bender. i called the rep to report at the business and she said oh we can deal with this monday. i call and she said its been handled. i said dang its a good thing i got the insurance huh, and she assured me yeah its a good thing. now im getting a phone call from them saying i owe 900 dollars because i didnt have insurance? dont get scammed like me

Even if they had an outage the previous night and the system was acting crazy, the lady at the desk did everything to have my reservation run and give me a ver6 nice sedan with a discounted price. Really excellent service

Needed a car after my car was disabled after a traffic accident and needless to say my day wasn't going great. To top it off, Hertz closed just as I got a tow to a local auto body shop. Santiago agreed to keep open until he got me on my way. He was friendly and accommodating. He turned a bad day into a not so bad day with his customer service. Thank you again Santiago!!

Bad customer service! They have no clue on how to run a rental car business. Kept try to bill me for car when it's was all thru the insurance. Even a sent repo letter to my home. When insurance have spoke with them on several occasions. Never will I do business with Hertz again!

Horrible customer service!!! I’ve rented from Hertz about 20x in my lifetime and I’ll tell you NEVER AGAIN. The lady working here was so busy with her cell phone to actually stop texting with her child and help the customer... If you have an emergency, excuse yourself instead of being a ****
