Honestly, one of the best hotels in town,I had a wonderful time,staff is always greeting and helpful, couldn't ask for more ,rooms are fully equipped, just like at home,best of all ,I sleep like a king.will seek future business 👌

Terrible experience. Place is crawling with drug addicts. Saw multiple windows with sticks used to “prevent” break ins. When looking around there were people tweaking on drugs. Pool looked small. When tried to cancel they told me to contact the booking site. The booking site told me to contact the motel. Terrible service, terrible staff, terrible people, terrible area. Just terrible in general.

I was definitely disappointed. My husband and i stayed here with our newborn since the price wasnt bad but i will never go back after what i saw. The rooms are not clean! The blanket had bleach stains on it, there was dust all over everything, the breakfast was the bare minimum and cold, there was gum stuck to the headboard, all in all just not a good experience and I won't be going back. The only good thing about this place was the front desk lady was nice.

Always stay as a staycation and they always make me feel special. The owners are so nice, we always conversation as if I'm part of his team/family. And let's not forget his employees have been there for over 14 years! Especially Yadira is so polite and attentive. Beds and pillows very comfy and rooms are always clean and smells goid when you go in! This hotel is by far affordable and awesome service!

Walked in the lobby no good morning from the front desk, I asked if they had more svenharss she didn’t replied just got for up and handed it over went BACK to sitting on her phone, until someone who I’m thinking the the Ower was walking in then she got up and filled the empty shelf of with the buns and coffee.

Best place to stay, definitely a 5 star! Very clean, comfortable, has a small fridge and microwave. Staff is super friendly and professional, especially Yadira, Alma and Peter! Convenient location close to many food stores and walking distance to super market!

Heard so many people talk about how there’s roaches and bedbugs didn’t see any luckily but they’re probably there mattresses are harder than rocks sheets are very uncomfortable last it was last minute plan to stay here and Cell trailer camping at the Madera car show would not recommend for anybody to ever stay here

After dealing with an eviction and my dad having nowhere to go return to the knights inn because I had been there a few times before and I knew they were reasonable price. Not only did they put up my dad for almost 2 weeks but they were very concerned with their situation and they were very helpful to my dad and they also helped by giving us a discount so we really appreciate them and to the owner,thank you again .

Absolutely loved this hotel. Very easy and accommodating. The staff was absolutely amazing and helpful. We had to switch rooms and they happily accommodated and then my husband misplaced our keys and they were so helpful and concerned. My only thing that I have to say is that the toilets were short. Only because I have a broken knee and it was very difficult using and my husband had to help me up every time. But other than that the rooms were very clean and had quite a few amenities. Will definitely be going back.

Good clean room made bed and changed bedding every day even with a extended stay price is good quiet staff is friendly and eager to help I had a good stay here
