I had my refrigerator delivered yesterday. The guys that delivered it were pretty quick. However, I didn't realize that they hit my wall and dented it. I understand the fridge is heavy and hard to maneuver but I didn’t like the fact that the guys that delivered it didn’t mention it or apologize. Also, they never gave me my manual for the fridge. Overall, I’m a little upset with my experience.

Clean, organized and spacious isles. Put a window air conditioner on hold for pick up and it was waiting right at the pick up counter.

This Lowe’s is 50/50 staff wise. Some days we go in and staff is helpful, cheerful other days it’s the complete opposite. Dominique and Chris are the worse. Dominique always has a bad attitude and makes you feel like a burden. We literally stopped going to Lowe’s because of how uncomfortable she made us feel at check out. Even the other customers were surprised at her poor attitude. However, there are staff there that are always a pleasure, Paula, Cartel, all the staff at appliances. As you can tell we used to shop there quite a bit.

Great Lowe's. Most are exactly like this one but the parking is decent, a fair amount of deals and a friendly staff.

Horrible customer service. The employees like to talk bad about customers right next to them. You are followed around and offered no help when needed. I highly suggest to give other stores business before this one, even if that means going out of town.

I had purchased a refrigerator from them and I have been waiting for almost 7 months I have gone to the store to resolve this problem but the manager hides and just keeps me waiting in customer service. They sold me the refrigerator there so he needed to take care of this situation. I call customer service as well and they don't know nothing but they did change my card for a purchase I guess they sales person stole my money then I need you Lowe's to resolve my problems with one of your you selling items that are of stock and have been made lying to your customer and not want to help that manager that you have in this store don't know how to handle situations like this and also employees are really disrespectful to customers and don't have the right training to help customers I will do a report on a few of the customers including manager because they thing they are better that the customer I need my refrigerator. You guys play dummy after selling and don't want to help even if you call the customer service they are so bad I will make a report about this store to the California consumers affairs.

This has been the worst experience I have had, I purchased a refrigerator that I been waiting for over 6 months and they have cancelled my order several times and with out me been notified every time I call to ETA they put me on hold and never get back to me I have gone to the store in person and they alway tell different story and the manager hides from me they don’t want to resolve this problem and last time I was there they told me to call the manufactured see see why they been taking so long and when I was taking’s to the manager one of the employees step in to the conversation just to say a sarcastic comment I Lowe’s need to resolve this problem and get me my refrigerator I order over 6 months ago. The employees had bad service they don’t what they doing and need to be trained for customer service until today I’m still waiting on my refrigerator
