I wish I could post 0 stars, as that is what they deserve. Took in for service multiple times. They were told not to change cabin filter, which they didn't but they did help themselves to our 4 glove box screws. Helped themselves to 3 of our acorn lug nuts. Called multiple times to have them correct there error. No call backs. We have spent $1000.s of dollars there. Never going there again. Take pictures and inventory of your car parts if you leave it there. They cannot be trusted!

!! Ask for Miguel !! My husband, our baby, and I went to the lot to take a look at prices for the Trailblazer they had online! We started off a little hesitating but as soon as Miguel stepped up, the entire experience went so smoothly! He was able to help us get the best price possible and gave us time to talk about it on our own before taking home our car! It was my first time purchasing a car and I don’t regret it one bit! 🙌🏼thank you Miguel!

Not the greatest experience nor customer service. It would have been better if there was more acknowledgment, assistance, and human factor involved with management decision-making when it comes to helping the customer. My advise to management if a customer is not so sure about a certain purchase, Do not run their credit yet even if they have signed a waiver to do so.

Came for service on my 2017 Silverado 1500, check in was seamless & prompt. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. Customer lounge sadly needed attention at 8:30am appointment, messy counter and sadly no coffee ☕️ available (especially for the 53 degree Madera morning). My service advisor Cruz is amazing. Commended me on my care for my truck’s needs & thoroughly went the my vehicle completed check list ✅. Overall thank you Cruz & service department.

I took my 2024 Chevy Malibu to Madera Chevrolet to get the transmission oil changed. I checked in they took my car and I had to wait about 2 1/2 hours. They brought my car up and gave me the receipt it showed the oil but no filter my car takes a filter I called Chevrolet and asked them why they didn't change the filter at first the guy said I didn't need it changed then he admitted they didn't have one and it had to be ordered and it wouldn't be there until the next day so I went back and spoke with Demetri he handled the whole thing he had my oil changed and my oil filter changed Demetri kept me informed on everything that was going on with my car every step of the way .I'm very happy I took my car there I definitely will be going back for my next maintenance.

I’ve dealt with several Chevrolet dealerships, ie Keller ( the absolute worst) and Liberty, which was great. But this is our second time with Madera and they were awesome. They went above and beyond getting my husband the Silverado LTZ with all the bells and whistles he wanted. This was a laid back no pressure deal. I want to thank our salesman Gary, manager Mike and finance guy Robert. They were able to walk us through several different finance scenarios to find us the one we were most comfortable with.
When it becomes time to trade in my Tahoe I will definitely be going back to Madera Chevrolet.
I will definitely be referring all family and friends to this dealership.

Went to Madera Toyota Chevrolet to replace my daughter’s car. Philip our salesperson was so helpful and nice. Showed us great cars to choose from and helped us quickly get a car for her. Will definitely come back for future car buys.
