I went in and asked for something to be printed and laminated. the girl did that and when i received it it was so lumpy and wrinkly. they said they can do it on cardstock and redo it. i agreed. when i went to pick up they charged me for the messed up ones and when i asked why they said "most people want cheap so we dont recommend. people tell us what they want" i replied with "you do this for a living, i do not. recommendations are helpful" the girl replied with "i just work here" she had NO customer service. WHO SAYS THAT?

I come by every monday for work purposes. They are always on point berniece and Monique always have everything ready when i walk in. The atmosphere is always positive.

Best place in town and so convenient. Has regular mail, UPS, Fed Ex, help with wrapping packages. Very attentive staff and a great place to drop off mail.

I've been a customer of the Mail Drop for a couple of years. This establishment has great customer service and are willing to help all their customers, even when they want you to leave their store. Unfortunately, sometimes packages get lost in the mail; three of my parcels have been lost while in there possession and verified through tracking data. Be cautious and pick your items up the day of delivery or within a couple of days.

I will not return to the UPS store ever again! I had an awesome experience here at the Mail Drop! They were friendly, quick, and price was very very reasonable! Not to mention they have items to sell that support small business. Will be coming here for all of my shipping needs from now on. Disappointed that I didn’t know they were here in Madera.
