Marshalls is a store full of surprises with a great and ever-changing selection of items. The store is generally always clean, though it can sometimes feel cluttered. The staff is very nice, helpful, and provides great customer service, with specific employees acknowledged for making interactions pleasant. The atmosphere can be busy with people walking by, but it is also described as having a good manager. While most prices thrill, some items like children's shoes can be seen as high. Overall, it is a store that is never boring, with thousands of new items arriving weekly.
This store is always busy with lots of people and there is only like 3 cashiers open so you have to wait a minimum of 20 minutes or more in line just to check out

I love the Madera Marshalls. I was sad to get home with a security tag on some pajamas I bought. We don’t live in Madera so I had to pry it off myself. Of course leaving a hole.😡
