Im so sad I made an apt a week in advance. I dropped off the required deposit. I show up and 20 min of waiting to be seen I had to leave, or I risk not completing my errands and missing other apts on my only day off. I'm just sad. I'm sure they do great work, I just cant say I have experienced it.

Horrible customer service. The worst I've ever experienced. One thing is for sure, they make it clear NO KIDS ALLOWED. I don't even have kids but I was constantly reminded.

Went in as a first timer, I was a walk in, I didn't know anything about their appt system. So I walk in and they tell me they will have someone available in 30min. I wait a little less than that which was cool. I then get nail tech Yemeli, I come to find out she is new at this salon but says she's been doing nails before. I leave pretty disappointed with the way my nails look... they don't match as in they are all different sizes and shapes. If you compare finger to finger some are longer than others. Another upsetting this was I was there for 2 1/2 hours for this so I would of expected a great set & just to add I did nothing crazy no design or gems NOTHING. It was a typical acrylic gel set... 5 days into my set my nails start to lift I don't care to go back in there and have them fix it. it was a pretty common job for someone that's been doing nails it should have been done right the first time. I regret trying a new place. I will stick to my old salon & I would never recommend or go back.
