I've been coming here for for a while now, and the staff is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Esmeralda especially stands out—she's consistently helpful, patient, and kind every time I visit. She makes the whole process smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great service and knowledgeable staff!

Where do I start? The assistants seem to be more involved with their own personal lives. Everyone in the office seems so drained of energy, like the walking dead. My eyes were dilated and I wasn’t offered those sunglasses. I had to inquire about how am I supposed to drive home like that and she told me ‘just wear sunglasses’ I said I don’t wear sunglasses because I can’t see without my glasses and then she gave me a pair from the office, Dr.Petkar walked in with the most bland disinterested approach. He checked my eyes and said there’s nothing wrong and I followed up with my concern about my eyes recently being so sensitive to light and his response was ‘what do you expect it’s bright outside’ he was very awkward and act like he was being inconvenienced that I was there , like I was bothering him. He Made me feel extremely uneasy. I won’t return to this office again, I’ll rather wait to be seen in Fresno or Clovis. The only people who had a good attitude were the women in the eyeglass room.

We are new to the Madera area and I was looking for a referral to an optometrist for my mom. We were sent here. From the front desk, to clinicians, to eyeglass fitting - everyone was so kind, welcoming and helpful. We were in and out in an hour and received her new glasses within 2 weeks. Everything was seamless. I would highly recommend Natural Vision in Madera!

went for an eye exam the Medical assistant who attended me Hillary was really sweet made me feel welcomed but i waited 30 minutes in the room waiting to be seen by Dr.Paz he came in saw me for 2 minutes got a phone call and left VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Natural Vision provided excellent treatment during my two retina surgeries and the two cataract surgeries. They provide very professional and efficient services. They were also the only ones in Fresno and Madera that took my Humana Advantage Plan insurance.

Very knowledgeable doctors, the staff and techs are very rude and not professional at all. They want money before you receive product. I needed to order 1 contact, they didn't tell me that you need to pay up front. So made my next appointment and off I went. I live 2 hours away one way got a call well after a hour and told they can't order contact unless paid up front. What business asks for you to pay for a product that they don't have? Plus a 3 week wait for the contact. Very disappointed with this whole situation.

I was extremely pleased this year with the frames that I chose, and the recommendations that Esmeralda gave me for my eyeglasses. She was very helpful with explanations on what was covered from my insurance.
