Great service, they even called Sheriffs office when someone tried to use my gate code...until now...they keep billing me auto payments when I never set that up. They refuse to admit what they're doing and won't give you info of supervisor. Also when u do get Jarrods info he refuses to admit n own the fact that Madera manager is using fraudulent bill paying methods. I never once signed any forms to auth auto pay....but they do it....AFTER LATE CHARGES ARE ADDED. DONT USE THIS STORAGE !

I’ve been a customer for a few years. Also, interacted with different staff. I thought about leaving for awhile, then I met the Manager Victor. Great person, someone who understands, he’s polite, easy to work with, he went the extra mile for me today. Thanks Victor.
