Worse place to get nails done. They cut several places on both daughter's fingers plus cut my daughter's toe and made it bleed bad. They couldn't even paint a dang pumkin on my nails

the guy was rude and didnt wanna do my nails I ask if he can do my nails straight look at me and said no I feel like because I'm a gay male I felt so embarrassed cause their was customer who herd and saw and one of the customer said that was rude yeah....I won't be back here!!

I’ve never had problems here until I got my nails done by Kathy Ho. She was very rude. She made a big deal about doing my nails the length I wanted. I asked her for short but they were cut too short n she was making a big deal about taking the nails off n putting new ones on. All she had to do was soak them off, which eventually she ended up doing. She made it seem like it was such a big task, when I’m the one paying for the nails. She then got rude with me because the color I asked her to get turned out not to be the color I wanted, as shown on the sample nails. For people who get their nails done, u know the color doesn’t always look the same as the sample! In a rude way, She told me to getUp and pick a different color. Usually they’ll show me similar colors n ask if that’s the color I want, she wasn’t even willing to do that. Then She askedMe what design I want. I told her the Virgo horoscope. Rudely, she said I don’t know what that is. I was going to show her a photo which is common sense when you want a certain design. If she didn’t know what that was it didn’t matter cause I was going to show her!!! On top of that She didn’t do a very good job on the design. She was just PLAIN RUDE and I won’t be going back to this nail salon because of her.

I've never seen them wash their tools after each customer. It's a sloppy job. Will never return.

This is my go to place for pedicures and gel manicures. The owner works very diligently to make sure customers are acknowledged. He has the employees that are hardworking. Very nice people.

They made a mistake on nails and got upset and tried to justify their mistake with nail growth in a day because it being summer that our nails grow faster. Like really! Where is the logic in that one. Not good customer service at all. Was going there for a year now and this is how they treat their long term customers. Not good business sense.
