My dad was helped on Monday March 4, 2024 by Kristy, and she was so rude. She told my dad his insurance could only cover half of his blood work, his doctor told us this is wrong because insurance either only covers all or none. My dad recalls her drawing all his usual 4 tubes and how is it that supposedly she only drew half? I’m not sure what shady things she did with those 4 tubes but she only reported half of it! She’s was so rude to my parents and people like her should not be around people especially when dealing with needles. Her name is KRISTY! She needs to be out of there especially with her rude attitude and shady self.

This place is terrible. The lack of concern ur employees have for there customers is ridiculous. My grandmother was there waiting and checked in. Not one person came out to tell her she needed to check back in after.so long. No were is it posted stating that. The customer service here sucks and u need to do better. People go in there with out eating and be there for hrs. Do better

I'm very upset with there service. I understand they take there appointments first which is great. What I don't understand is why they have walk- ins if they are literally going to make you wait until all appointments are done including the ones that come in after you. My son had an appt which we were late to 15mins. So I sat there as a walk in. I waited for all the individuals to be seen who were there before us and there appointments. I've been seating there for 1hr 30 mins and now we have new appointments coming in and they are being seen before him due to the appointments rule. There shouldn't be any purpose of walk-ins because you won't be seen. You might as well make an appt. That will be the only way your seen. I walked out and is forced to make an appointment so he can be seen. Irritated!!

If I could give them a zero I would, I needed to drop off a sample. Paper work was done. Literally just needed to drop it off. They told me it was a 3.5 hour wait to drop off a sample. Literally just needed to hand off the bag. There is no one to ask for help, staff is standing around doing absolutely nothing. The place is horrible. When I asked who I could call or talk to to get this resolved they said no one. Asked me to dump my sample in the trash can outside if I had a problem with it. They actually told me to dump a bio hazard sample in the trash out side. Still would like to talk to someone but what a joke of a place.
