Showed up for ice cream and as the sales associate Heather seen us she said she was just going to help the people ahead of us and close up for her lunch. No other employee to help either.

Was in like to get ice cream and "Heather" was working and just yelled at us, "I'm going to lunch after "them" customers in front of us. Nobody was behind us and no sign was posted that they were closing for lunch. She sounded very rude and could have just taken the extra 1 min to help us out.

Do not bother wasting your time trying to come and get the thrifty’s ice cream The lady is literally lazy sitting at the register, not wanting to get up to get people ice cream. She put the out of order sign on the ice cream bar, but you can clearly see that the freezers on and the ice cream is in there working just fine. She just didn’t want to get up deal out the ice cream. I went in yesterday. The lady said they were out of ice cream that I should come back in the morning or the afternoon and it should be up and Running just fine please do not waste your time. The lady that’s in there right now is not going to do anything for you.

Tried for two whole days to get through to the pharmacy to get told that my medication isn’t in stock and they had to order it. I am without my insulin and will be without it until they get it in and they didn’t think to notify me. This isn’t the first time either and I know this is a bad habit from them so I make sure to get my refills in well in advance to avoid this type of situation yet it still happened. Why does it take two weeks to order someone’s medication if you’re out of stock? Why not notify the customer? This definitely will encourage me to switch pharmacies.Update: Called to make sure it was ready at the time they gave me a few days ago and they said no until Monday cause they had to order it. I explained that this was the same response I got a few days ago, so I asked if it was not ordered. I get put on hold and they find it. Thankfully. I go pick it up and they ask my birthdate, don’t ask me for my name and the cashier grabs a prescription and just starts scanning it. I look at her and tell her I’m picking up insulin and have no idea what she has in her hand. She asks me for my birthday again. Finally gets my prescription right. Also I had to grab something else so I go to pay at the front where there is no one to be found and the girl at the ice cream bar calls someone and a cashier comes. Cashier comes doesn’t acknowledge and rings me up and is trying to hurry me up when I was going at the speed that the machine was and she was on her phone. All around poor customer service.

Everything is overpriced, I won't be surprised if this place closes down soon. It hardly gets any customers and it's easy to see why
