Stoped by a few days ago, great customer service , friendly and attentive staff who were ready to help as soon as I walked in. I went in just to ask a few questions and check out any promotions. I was helped by a guy named Jesus. He was so knowledgeable and kindly explained everything thoroughly . I asked a lot of questions and he was patient the whole time which convinced me to upgrade my phone !! Customer service is definitely way better than the Clovis store on Shaw or any recent store I’ve been to in Fresno.

Horrible customer service. Walked into and empty store with 4 kids sitting around a table glued to their phones. No one greeted me they just stared and went back to their phone. One girl finally got up and was super dry and rude. Sucks this is the only Tmobile in town. Get theses kids some better training.

What kind of phone company is going to refuse the disconnect your services and then charge $80 for services? If I could give less than one star, I would.

The sales associate at this store took advantage of my mother who speaks limited English! My mother went into the store wanting to purchase a new phone; but the sales associate told her there's a senior special and she would be saving money by opening a new line and trading in her old phone. She did not need another line since she is on my existing T-Mobile family plan, but decided to open one since she was told she would ultimately be paying LESS than if she were to just purchase the phone alone. When she got her first bill, she thought it was significantly higher due to one-time fees (which the SA did inform her about); but the following month she got an equally high bill. She went back to the store to get the issue resolved, however they said there was no such special; she cannot double dip by getting the senior special and doing the trade-in special. We tried to inform them that my mom has no use for two lines and she only opened a new line because she was told she would be saving money. The sales associate said it's past 14 days so there's nothing they can do about it. The sales associate and manager did not seem concerned or willing to help. They even smirked at each other prior to my mom leaving the store defeated. Now my mom is left with two phone lines, one phone, and a very expensive bill!

Bad customer service. I went in and this girl had a bad attitude from the beginning. She didn't want to give me my warranty exchange. I don't even know why she is working there. Aweful customer service. Had to go back another day and the gentlemen that helped me was polite.

Wouldn't want to express my hurtful feelings with these place after being a customer for 17 yrs it's very disappointing and wouldn't recommend t- mobile to anyone, anywhere but here to get service and a phone my experience and my family's

The worst kind of scammers. My 85 year-old grandma went in to ask for help with her phone and the lady didn’t even look at it and said she needed a brand new one. In reality she just needed a simple software update. DO NOT trust them. They will take advantage of you.

Great customer service! The store manager, Oscar and team puts their customers first which is amazing. That’s what you call customer service. I would return here again in the future ??
