Before I greatly disliked going to Madera ups, it took a very long time and the customer service was not great. I would drive to Herndon and 99 just to go to their ups store because it was faster and nicer customer service. I’ve went back to Madera ups twice since change in management I’m guessing and wow what a different experience . Faster more efficient , kind greetings when you walk in , very very pleasant workers. It’s nice to attend the ups store where I live vs driving to Fresno. Thank you for whatever changes you made. It’s way more efficient and flows a lot better .

Amazing effort from an employee/s on printing my documents , the printer was acting up but he spent over an hour trying to get it to work after resizing my files it did . Frustrating I’m sure . All other employees did an amazing job on carrying the work load from the long line

UPS never disappoints! When I need to send off packages to include help with getting packing material I always use UPS. I would recommend this location for all your shipping needs.

This ups store on Cleveland Ave, Madera is always busy, but the employees are super efficient and keep the line moving. They are very helpful and the service is great. My packages always get to the correct destination. I have never had any problems with their service.

The banner explaining adjusted hours during Remodel project states opening at 11am , BUT the banner also says project concludes 6/07/25. Here we are 6/19 , no updated banner explaining that reduced hours are ongoing. They need to communicate the fact that they are STILL operating reduced hours . Poor business practice to leave us standing outside ...

I was at this UPS Store on Thursday, March 20, 2025, at about 11:30 am, and the store was super busy for some reason. I have to say that the lobe employee handling the customers did a tremendous job moving the line alone with a great attitude. He made the longer than usual wait very pleasant, and he handled everyone's requests with a great attitude. I forgot to get his name, but he is a tremendous asset to this store. I was very satisfied with not only the my service but also the service he gave others in the store at the time. Thank you for making my day a little better just by being you, dude! I hope the owner knows what he has....
