I was helped pretty fast and was greeted upon arriving, Samantha was really nice and very attentive she explained in detail were I could track my package and how long it usually takes for it to arrive.

Do not order business cards through this location. I had to wait 10 business days on the simplest business cards with the simplest letter layout, no graphics. The wording and font were perfect but not single group of 10 cards were the same size as the others. They don't use hand scissors to cut them either, my cards looked like a drunk toddler got ahold of some scissors and had a blast. I picked them up this morning, not even 30 minutes later I was back in the store getting my refund.The staff is no help either, they only have the basic skills to print out a label or a piece of paper, everything else needing for business matters will need to be done by the manager that is never there.

Place is a joke. The staff are rude. And won’t do the things for you that Fresno locations will. As far as helping with issues. And they act like anything with Comcast isn’t they’re job.

Beware if you have to ship something at the end of the day. The employee told me that their system shuts down 15 minutes before close and that that are unable to accept shipments in that time period. Seems like they were looking for any excuse not to help me and blaming it on the system! Wouldn't return to this location.

They need to staff better get more organized.Half the time I ship a package it’s a whole day before it’s scanned and picked up sent to Fresno.They have packages all over the front counter I am surprised they don’t lose more packages.Lines are out the door with only 2 employees working in a high peak customer time .Need to schedule better using usps more at least my items are shipped faster with better tracking.But sometimes I need to ship out items on Saturday unfortunately usps is not opened Saturdays in Madera .I had a package sent tracking ups said it was still in Fresno 3 weeks now .Luckily the customer gave me a confirmation that they received the item .

Ever since they started taking Amazon returns, the line is incredibly long. And the staff is painful SLOW!

UPS is getting better now that least if they knock on the door before they drop the package it would be nice and inside when you go in to buy stuff and drop your packages off. Some people are nice and friendly and some are not everybody has their day

Incompetent shady people. Went in at 8:30 in the morning & had them print out a label for me & they somehow printed a label that was created 8 days before I went into the store & sent my package to an Amazon center. UPS corporate center didn’t wanna help me because the tracking number the store gave me doesn’t even come back to Madera somehow. If your shipping something expensive through them be careful & double check your tracking number before you leave. Check tracking daily incase it goes to the wrong location & you don’t notice it immediately. Because once a package is delivered to wherever THEY BELIEVE it’s supposed to go they don’t care. They gave me the worst run around. I honestly think they want to make the process as difficult as possible so you give up on trying to get reimbursed or your package back.

I’ve had 3 packages lost by this location. The response I get from them is to file a claim with the sender because to them they never received the item. The first time this occurred I showed them a photo provided by usps of the package being handed to the employee at the counter (package in hand) but they still claimed they never got it. I’m also still waiting for the replacement key for my box that I paid for months ago. The employees are for the most part friendly unless confronted about an issue. I understand things happen, staff changes, training issues but please stop losing my packages.

Almost 9:25am an walked in this UPS store with only 2 people working and one guy was yawning while the other guy was actually taking customers. What’s sad is the line inside was wrapped around all the way to the copier/printer machines
