Whoever is taking our route on our regular mail lady’s day off is not doing there job and needs to be fired asap , I’ve filed numerous complaints against them and nothing has happened ! It’s always on Tuesday we never get our mail and packages !! They mark it that they can’t access our location or that I requested it to be held at post office . Which is all lies I even called to make sure my mail would be delivered today and was lied to saying they would make sure . I had important documents that I need!!!

Raul is a joke and a liar!!! Told me he was the postmaster which is a lie when I called questioning weekend hours!!?? Unprofessional and ignorant....... Our small town should have a post office open at least half day on Saturdays for those who work all week long. It's a joke Monday-Friday 8 -5 those are everyone's normal work hours our small town should cater to the hard workers working all week during those hours. Madera needs to do better!!!!!!!!

Postal Delivery Above and Beyond. I had forget and left my locking mailbox key in the lock. Our carrier not only delivered my mail but walked my key to my front door, rang the bell and gave me my key. Thank you so much Esmeralda. Rolling Hills route.

Horrible, horrible horrible found out I paid for a service that they don’t even offer so the woman at the front counter took $50 and told me they would rekey my mailbox only to find out that’s not even something they do! But do you think they offered me a refund oh of course not.Had a completely empty mailbox, expected a very small package to be delivered instead of putting it in the mailbox it was thrown over my gate for my dog to get a hold of and completely destroy! so again more money down the drain thanks to these people

The truth is, a very bad experience with the mail, I can't believe they raided me, I left the envelope open and without my product that I ordered, it wasn't something valuable, but they should still be more careful and ashamed when doing that kind of thing!!!

I would give zero stars if allowed. Service to our area is worthless. No delivery on Monday's for the last several weeks. Carrier left Sorry we missed you on my door. Rescheduled for delivery and of course never delivered. Worst service!! Miss our old carrier who actually took care of us. Went above and beyond.

Been having problems with our mail lady for years! She refuses to deliver our mail/packages & lies that we’re requesting to pick up at post office!! We’ve talked to all the supervisors & the Post Masters current & past & nothing has been done. They tell us that this post lady just doesn’t like people & that’s how she is!! Unbelievable! I’ve gone up the chain & Nothing has been done! I guess I’ll have to get a lawyer for withholding my mail!! I believe that’s illegal! ??♀️

Many disabled residents are being refused their medical devices and medications due to the postal carrier’s refusal to deliver the daily mail.Postmaster is worthless, the supervisors are worthless, the mail carriers are even more worthless. Media, Madera county board of supervisors, local congressmen and our senator has been notified as well. ? something will eventually get done after 8 years of postal delivery HELL here in Madera.
