Needing some propane for the coming winter I called Tri-Flame and s/w Alyssa. She was very professional and helpful.
I have been monitoring the guage since the last fill. Our level got low fairly quick just recently so I think it possibly may have been stuck. Either way Alyssa was able to answer all my questions and help schedule the next delivery in a timely manor.
Our delivery driver Mark was very professional and knowledgable. Mark double checked the tank gauges and cleaned them up a bit as well as answered all my questions. Mark was on time also which we really appreciate.
