“Had a fantastic trip.. not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I had a great time and the customer service was very responsive. I'm guessing most people expect it to be brand new absolutely perfect RVs. These are the best RV rentals on the market, but I guess I have some experience as I have rented with Cruise America, El Monte, and others in the past. So I definitely can feel the difference and I am sure most first-timers expect it to be a walk in the park.”

“Hidden Gem Revealed! I have been a longtime Enterprise Rental user but maybe it is their quickly rotating mgmt. and no sense of accountability to the customers as something has been increasingly made plain in the unengaging way they engage their customers. Nuff bout them.
Being a car rental user, am happy to say there is a 'new go-to' for vehicle rental, Midway Car Rental on T.O. Blvd. Midway is tucked in and doesn't have large signage so I never really noticed them. They were recommended to me and I have shifted to renting exclusively through them. Midway is the perfect blend of a selection of new model cars with low mileage and great people to further enhance the experience. I had the pleasure of working with Manny and Adam on separate occasions and they far exceeded any expectations I had since they both were friendly, accommodating, efficient and very professional. Good selection & good people. Win Win. Top marks all the way around.”
