“Justin and team did a great job on my BMW X5. Highly recommend this place. I’m only bringing my cars here from now on. One of few real hand wash / detail shops around.”
“I'd bought tires at Costco and needed an alignment so I found PAC in Costco's list of affiliated auto repair shops and checked out their online reviews which. looked real good so I had the work done there (though they send alignments out). At that time I met Mark, the owner, who was very knowledgeable and seemed honest. Prior to taking a cross country trip to Michigan I had an oil change and inspection done there on my Grand Cherokee Jeep, and I looked at the recommendations they'd made on the inspection sheet. Mark went through it with me and explained the different items and if I needed them at this time. He explained the Throttle Body and Carbon Clean which he said should help increase gas mileage; so I had it done. In the past on a trip like this one, the most we'd gotten was approx 26 MPG, and on this trip I was surprised to see over 29 MPG on certain stretches of this drive, which could be the reason, but I'd never seen this before. I have to believe it was as Mark said and give credit where it's due. I trust Mark and the work they do but of course would always keep my eyes open. I just picked up my wife's Mountaineer (117,000 miles) where we had the wheel bearings replaced. I refer my family and friends to Preferred Auto Centre, hands down. One other important point is that they register all repairs with Car Fax which also indicates their responsibility for the work they do along with their transparency.”
“I recently found myself near Calabasas needing an urgent car wash, and a quick map search led me to this spot. Despite being a first-time visitor and a little hesitant, I was immediately blown away! This truly is an elite car wash experience.
Staff's genuine hospitality was outstanding. They quickly put me at ease, my car received meticulous attention, achieving a flawless, spotless shine that genuinely exceeded my expectations.
The real cherry on top was the complimentary dash wipes they provided at the end—a small but thoughtful touch that shows they truly value their customers. Even though I live a bit of a distance away, this team has earned my loyalty. They've instantly become my go-to choice.
If you're in the area and demand quality, stop searching and come here. Highly recommended”
“Huge thanks to Johnny and his entire team at Conejo Auto Detail and Tinting for the incredible work on my 2022 BMW i8.The paint had completely lost its shine and looked dull and worn out,but they brought it back to life in a way I did not think was possible. They handled everything from paint correction and front end PPF to a four year XPEL ceramic coating, along with a full interior detail, interior ceramic protection, and tire service. The transformation was unbelievable. The deep black finish now looks rich and glossy and honestly better than when I first got the car. What really stands out is their attention to detail, skill, and the pride they take in their work.Johnny and his team deliver a level of care and precision that is hard to find.If you want your car to truly stand out and look its absolute best, Conejo Auto Detail and Tinting is the place to trust.”
“Took my 4Runner to change engine oil and engine oil filter with my oil and filter. Eric was super friendly and on top of everything. Super quick and fare price for service. Checked oil level when got home level shows higher than full mark. But I trust Eric looks like he knows what he is doing. Coupon works only if you buy oil from them. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend!
Great place to self wash your car as well. The best in the area!”
“Scott and his team went out of their way to complete a repair in a super timely manner. I had gotten estimates at a couple different places and Scott did a high quality job and gave excellent value. I'm glad I went with Westoaks and I'd heartily recommend this business.”

“I loved my experience ♥️ specifically customer service. The cashier had a small interaction with my son, and that was a great memory for him.Thank you!
The place was clean, and the bathroom was clean as well.”
“I was traveling from out of town and my car needed a good spa treatment. I was so impressed with how hard they worked to get my car sparkling clean inside and out! They even filled my tank up with gas! It was a real treat for me! Such a lucky find! Thank you!”
“I brought my car in after committing the unforgivable crime of baptizing my front seat with coffee. I was mentally preparing for my vehicle to smell like spoiled milk for the next six months.
Instead, these absolute wizards somehow returned it smelling like a piña colada. I don't know what kind of sorcery they practice, but I'm half expecting my dashboard to start serving tiny umbrellas and tropical drinks.
The car looks fantastic, smells incredible, and I'm convinced it's cleaner than the day it left the dealership. If I spill coffee again, it'll probably be on purpose just so I have an excuse to come back.
10/10. Highly recommend.”

“The woman behind the cash register at the US PS store was very helpful. She was very courteous and even though I mistakingly was trying to ship a UPS package she directed me to the UPS Store a block away and it was very nice about it. I will return here for my mailing needs.”

“Mitch is hands down the best there is. His attention to detail is unmatched. You will not find a more meticulous owner/operator in the field of detailing. He will not stop until the job is perfect. I have been using Mitch at Eco Shine since 2019 and will continue to do so as years go on. Keep up the great work Mitch!”
“Went in to buy some coffee. They have 3 choices: decaf and 2 medium roasts. Prices: Small - $1.79Medium - $1.89Large - $1.99They were out of half and half (machine dispenser) but they have those small flavored coffee creamer pods. It did the job.”
“I had seen a few signs about car washing so I got some information and figured I'd give it a try soon. When I got there it was simple I signed in left the car there were several options ranging from $25 and up depending on your car type and what you are looking for. I dropped my car off around 1 and didn't have a specific time to be done by. My car ended up being ready for pick up by 4:40 PM. I chose the $35 option to clean the inside and out just to see how it would turn out. Overall I was very satisfied with the experience and I got a punch card so once I reach a certain number I'll get a free car wash!”

“I nearly ran out of gas today in the heat with my baby and was able to safely park right next door to the Shell station. The gas station owner helped me put enough gas in my car to get it running and get to the next nearest gas station on my way home. Their kindness was so appreciated!!!”

“I stopped for coffee and to use the restroom. The restroom was clean. The store is small and seems cramped but they offer a lot. The coffee hit the spot, but what stands out is their custom service. Kristen is kind and very helpful. Thank you.”

“So happy this is here. They did amazing job. I barely recognized my car, it looked so fancy and new. Scheduling with them is easy and it’s a convenient location to us in Pt. Dm and a walk away to village where you can kill time and wait. Will be taking my car here going forward. We do miss the gem store but I only went there once and this is far more practical 😅! Thank you Buzzwax Team!”
