“I have been to Elite Express Carwash many times. I have their unlimited monthly plan which means I am there often! Having two young children, my car gets messy and dirty quite a bit so I love having the flexibility of going in as many times as I want with the plan! The location is convenient as it is right off the highway. In addition, they have plenty of vacuum stalls - no matter how busy the carwash has been, I have always been able to access a stall. “I just bought a new car yesterday and immediately took it to Lavaggio for an exterior detailing. I was greeted by Alejandro who provided excellent customer service and concern for my satisfaction. He ensured that my car was not only thoroughly detailed-- but also personally oversaw and participated in the final inspection! The car looks awesome and I am completely satisfied with the results! I cannot recommend this place enough--- they are honest and thorough. The inside waiting room is so comfortable and outdoor patio furniture is so comfortable. Their concierge Greta is so kind and customer- centric-- the whole experience is 10/10. I will only take my cars to Lavaggio-- I drove all the way from Toluca Lake to Agoura Hills and it was worth every minute I travel time and every penny. But I needed to get a car smogged and tried them out with a coupon as a bonus. In short, while the outdoor waiting area is not too comfortable, the service is quick, efficient and reasonable. They were incredible and considerate on how they washed it due to just getting a ceramic coating last month.They let me take off the bags and trunk so it could be cleaned everywhere.
