I am total beginner and bought an Odysea 9’ and love it. Unfortunately, on the second day I dinged it or something happened and the guys (Cal and Will) totally came through and helped fix the broken fin box. They fixed it and I was on my way again. Just a great board with some nice dudes working in the shop.

Most stores always have good things to sell. It's definitely when something goes wrong you begin to understand the importance of customer service and helping a customer. I was so pleased with my beginner surf board (Odysea 9') but on the second use, the fin box totally split. I called them (Will and Cal) and they totally helped me out. I came in the next day and they fixed my board. Talk about great customer service. I will always remember this experience and urge others to check this place out and give their boards a shot. Thanks Will and Cal!!! You guys rock!

Rad store! Coolest designs on their shirts and boards. Super helpful staff too, and they are the coolest guys. Highly recommend if you're in the country mart area.

Catch Surf is the freakin best. You can literally walk in a total grom or pro and they will treat you the same. They have a wide selection of boards, accessories, and apparel. Every time I come in here I am surprised how great the customer service is. As a grom, I generally expect a "too cool for school vibe" from surf shops, but everyone at Catch Surf is super welcoming, friendly, and just good humans. They helped me find good locals who do surfing lessons, and yesterday Will helped me find the perfect board and even helped me strap it to my car! I was super impressed with how friendly and helpful Will was. This is a dope surf shop that I will return to again and again.

Best surf shop in the LA area. Will and Cal are always knowledgeable and point me in the right direction instead of just trying to make a sale. Recently got a 9’0 log and the thing works like magic. Catch is the best surf shop in malibu. They are always stocked up with all kinds of boards + casual clothing. Both Cal and Will helped me out & they were so welcoming & kind!!! I will be back :)

Catch Surf Malibu has super cool surf stuff with cute surfer dudes ;) Inside the Malibu Village at Cross Creek Rd with plenty of free parking. Lots of surf boards, boogie boards, swim gear, hats and T-shirts. The staff of surfer dudes were friendly, helpful and cool to Me and Fendi. Too bad they didn't have any surfboards for my baby doggy. In the posted vidi, the blonde surfer staffer was telling me about some 3 dogs on a surf board surfing, to which I said 'OMG!' This shop is Worth checking out, cool fun surf store in the Bu, Malibu!

Cal is the man! We’re on a month long trip to LA and wanted to be able to enjoy the surf. Cal helped me reserve the board I was looking for and had it ready for me when I arrived. I called twice from the east coast and Cal answered both times and hooked up the stoke! Thanks Cal and Catch Surf!BTW - I love my Heritage Noserider - makes catching waves super easy and fun. Will do great in surf on both coasts.
