“I like to shop at small friendly independent businesses that care about the products they sell and the people they sell them to…this is that store!! The owners are so passionate about what they do. I really appreciate the thought and care they put into curating their collection of vintage surfboards and how knowledgeable they are about everything in the shop- I could spend forever in here!! They are always so excited to share their latest graphics and the stories behind the designs. I send their hats and tees to my family in New York who love how “California” their products are. They package everything so nicely and ship everything out super quickly…they are the best !!”

“I love this brand where I have been wanting a hoodie from here and I got my chance. They had a sales tent outside because of Black Friday and had a decent selection of items or all ranges and sizes. They gave free cup cozie covers. Inside the store they seem to have a bar/music stage so I guess you can come and shop while grabbing a cocktail and listen to live music. There is parking so that is a bonus.”
“Shortly after we moved to California, we were exploring Malibu and found Encore..
We quickly realized that not only were the sweatshirts warm and soft, but so were the owner and her daughter. They genuinely made us feel welcome in our new home and treated us like family.
Now every time someone comes to visit or we're in the area, we make sure to swing by and say hello. The owner always remembers us, including our little boy, and I can't say enough about how kind they are each time we stop in!”

“My experience here was mostly good. I was ignored upon entry and then felt pressured when I finally was acknowledged by the young woman helping me. She didn't seem to want to engage unless there was a sale, which was quite uncomfortable. I bought pants regardless and ignored her mostly. Good clothes and store but weird employee.”

“This store is absolutely beautiful! Paige helped me find a baby gift & she made the gift bag look so pretty! She was patient & helpful even though I was so indecisive! We have purchased several of their dog sweaters & the quality is stellar! We have one from 2018 that looks brand new, even though I throw it in the washer & dryer. I never thought I'd be that person who spends $50 for a dog sweaters, but the quality is definitely worth it”
