CVS is a pharmacy and retail store that receives mixed reviews. Customers appreciate the friendly and caring staff who treat visitors like family, with some praising specific employees for their kindness, patience, and professionalism. The store is often described as clean, well-stocked, and offering good value, especially for souvenirs. The manager is recognized for being kind and accommodating, such as allowing public restroom access for non-purchasers. However, there are some frustrations noted, including staff insisting on self-checkout that doesn't accept cash, which can lead to inconvenience. One customer was disappointed when a staff member took their phone to give a survey rating, feeling it was inappropriate. The pharmacy team is generally seen as good, with some staff going above and beyond to help, like providing discounts when insurance information is unavailable. Still, understaffing can cause service delays, and experiences with checkout and customer service can vary. Overall, CVS is valued for its helpful staff and good prices, but customers sometimes encounter issues related to staffing and store policies.
The team member who rang up my order was 1st rate! Always excellent and takes care of patients extremely well. Very well spoken and informed

Cashiers are really rude here. Very condescending tone and when I accidentally tapped my card a few seconds too early, the cashier literally snapped his fingers in my face

Usually incredibly rude and dismissive. Unreliable contact, different pharmacists give different answers to the same question and no sense of urgency.
