  All the staff were really lovely and kind. They gave great advice for the men’s and women’s selection. The store itself was beautifully clean and well stocked.

  This review is for HR and upper management! Lack of sizes. If I visit a store, it means I want my item right now. If I wanted to order online, I wouldn’t come to the store. Lol, and people wonder why stores are closing down - it’s because of the lack of options! Inventory needs to be properly managed, with a clear calculation of how much stock is needed. There’s no excuse for saying, ‘We don’t have this in any color or size’; it just means you’re not restocking because you have a manager who isn’t suited for their position and employees who are too laid back to tell the manager that inventory is needed. Lol, I’ll probably still buy things from Lululemon, but I urge HR to review the hiring process and even consider closing stores that don’t keep up with stocking. Online shopping is the future - it’s inevitable - but poor management is just speeding up that process.

  lululemon in Malibu Country Mart is a smaller and quaint store with outstanding service! The staff here is super welcoming very helpful. As a showcase store, many of the selections that become available emphasize warm beach-like colors of oranges and different shades of blue to enhance the Malibu vibe!

  I have been to my fair share of Lululemon stores as a Sweat Collective member. This store is my absolute favorite. I was traveling for a wedding with my daughters and we decided to stop in. The entire staff was friendlier than any other store I frequent, which is usually in Texas where I live. They go above and beyond in a world where this level of service is not common anymore. The manager should be praised highly as I am sure the staff is following her example. Kudos to this store for helping make our visit to Malibu one of the best memories!

  Worst service... I don't write reviews but I am for this store. I love their pants, but this Malibu location never sent my confirmation email and I can't get a hold of them. Their phone goes straight to voicemail. I have called 4 times now at all times of business hours and no one will return my call. Still have no idea where my package is. Now I gotta deal with my credit card company to decline the charge.

  Love it here! This store has tons of clothes and the best staff. All the staff is so kind & helpful. Wish they had more things in stock. Store is very clean, put together and open!

  Truthfully, the experience at this Lulu is top notch! Saya who helped us knows her products and had the most amazing customer service. The training at this store is OFC and our shopping experience was excellent. Employees are so nice and helpful but also give space and respect social distancing at the same time. Really, love this store and especially Saya who found beautiful products for my sister who is the hardest person to shop for in America. Saya is a superstar!! Highly rate this store.

  Met the manager at this location ,absolutely amazing. I believe her name is Heather and she is the light in the storm. I can't remember the other girls name who helped me out but she was genuinely sweet and helpful. I love that they give you space to Shop, but they know just went to step in and be helpful. This is the best location I've been too.

  Super poor customer service. We came to bring back leggings that had wear from peeling and they asked us to wash it first and bring it back. They were straight out of the dryer and had just gotten some fuzz/lent on it. I told him this, and that i can go lent roll it and he still wouldn't take them and told us again to go wash it and that they cant be seen in the store in "that condition." It just was very offputting and not good service since we were already there. Going to another location that will actually help us.

  My husband and I were in the store today and not a single employee acknowledged us, but made sure to check on the one person that was in a fitting room. Great job following social distancing protocols...but what good are they if there is no customer service? We ended up going to lululemon in Westlake Village where we were properly greeted and felt valued. Needless to say, the Westlake store received our business today. Your loss Malibu ‍.
