“Mike does great and honest work. I took my car in for new engine mounts, and he let me supply my own parts to save a little bit of money. When he found a couple more semi-urgent problems, he called me, explained the issues in detail, and accurately estimated how much it would cost if he were to fix them then and there. I gave him the ok, and he was finished by the end of the day. When I came to pick it up, he showed me the old faulty parts, and all I can say is I’m very grateful that he offered to replace them. He charged a very fair price for the work he did, and I never had a doubt in my mind that he was doing good and thorough work.(which can’t be said for many mechanics I’ve gone to). The difference I felt in my engine on the drive home was night and day, and the money was well worth having a solid car that I can be confident in again.”

“Chuck, I have been trying to reach you, but no one answers when I call. We spoke two weeks ago, you said you were busy and would call me back. I got your VM yesterday, and again no answer when I called back, and no ability to leave a message or send an email. I sent you a letter via USPS last week, following-up and the tracking says it wasn't accepted and is sitting at the mammoth post office. In that letter are the instructions I got from Habitat for Humanity to donate the Navigator, as well as a postage paid envelope for the title to get sent to me. Once I get it signed and to them, then they will get the Navigator ofc of your hands. Please go to the post office and pickup your mail so we can get this resolved. Thanks.”
