“This is an updated review. Ridge Merino quickly reached out in response to the post below. They had no problem replacing the twisted tee that we received even though the shirt had been washed. They just needed to confirm that the shirt had been properly handled, fair enough. I should’ve checked with them right away. The replacement shirt arrived quickly and had no signs of twisting after washing. With that, my wife’s hoodie and tee are functioning just as advertised, lightweight, great thermal regulation, and comfortable with a nice casual look, great for travel. Given the great customer support and warranty, Ridge Merino is definitely worth a try.

I ordered three shirts from Ridge Merino for myself and wife: two hoodies (one men's and one women's), and a women's tee. Unfortunately, only one shirt worked out. The women's hoodie is comfortable and worked well while on a trip oversees, lightweight, comfortable in a wide range of temps, and looked nice. Note, there was some slight twisting after the first wash (delicate cycle, air dried). The men's hoodie didn't fit me well, it seemed to have a very straight, non-athletic cut. It would probably work fine for someone with a lean build and the material seemed nice. I was able to return the men's hoodie with no problem. The material on the women's tee is also nice. The problem with the women's tee was severe twisting after the first wash. It was washed on a cold delicate cycle and air-dried (no tumble dryer). Hopefully the twisting is clear in the pic, hard to tell while completing this form. Oddly, I was only sent an email from Ridge Merino to review the men's hoodie via their site. So, a google review it is. I had high hopes for Ridge Merino, good price point and their material is nice. If the severe twisting didn't happen to the tee, I'd recommend their products.”

“Souvenir and apparel shop right at an entrance to the Village at Mammoth area. Prices are high as to be expected in this type of shop in a tourist area. I got a cozy sweater which I love though, and a fridge magnet for our collection for travel fridge magnets.”

“this review is long overdue but i had the best experience here at this store. specially, Loraine helped my family and i a lot. I was very impressed with her ability to manage the entire store while helping every costumer that walked in, including my family and I. She was very patient with my kids while they were trying on clothing until we found the perfect sizes. It was around christmas time so we were lookin for gifts for family and friends, and Lorraine was very creative and managed to find us gifts for everyone we needed. Lorraine has the brightest smile and personality while still being professional and helpful. Thank you Lorraine!”
