My reservation was canceled without explanation. We arrived without a place to stay. The two people I interacted with were indifferent, surly and completely unhelpful. When I called the first time the man who answered said "yeah" without identifying himself or the business name. That should have tipped me off...

Stayed for just one night on a road trip to Reno, wish I could have stayed longer! Excellent customer service, checking in was a little unorthodox but they were very accommodating. Room was clean, beautiful environment, great place to stay in the area.

Hospitality is seriously lacking. Our tub didn't drain. When I showered the water was well above my ankles. When I called, she asked me " well, how many days are you staying?". Like if it was only a couple of days, I could just deal with it. We were staying 5 nights. Then she asked me if I wanted to have maintenance come look at it. Of course! That's why I called! There were a couple of other things, kind of rude on the phone.

The accommodation (small chalet) is great!Arrival is independent. There is a real kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishes...The room has internet, a TV (with Amazon Prime and Netflix accessible very easily!).Small problem: the blinds did not close all the way down (around 30 cm) so, especially on the ground floor, we had a view of the entire exterior and vice versa. We tried to contact the managers by email + text message (because autonomous arrival = no reception on site) to resolve the problem and we never received any response.

Good, but not great. Small lodge with 11 rooms. It felt B&B-ish without the breakfast. I was in the “Studio” (which is the smallest room). Honestly, it was a bit strange, but worked okay for me for an overnight stay. The bed is recessed about 2 feet with shelving above and almost against the far wall, which left no room for even a small night stand. The TV was large, there was a small desk in the “kitchen” area near the small refrigerator and microwave. And there was shelving with plates and glasses, and even stuff to wash them with, but no sink basin to actually do the washing if I remember correctly (and the sink in the bathroom is too small). BTW, the pictures of “The Studio” on their website is NOT the room I was in! The bathroom is very small, but functional. They did forget to provide any hand or bath soap (so I used the dish soap!). Which reminds me, the check in process was to grab the envelope with your name on it off the bulletin board just outside my room and let yourself in with a passcode provided inside. No office to my knowledge and I never saw anyone affiliated with the lodge (although I was only there for just over 12 hours overnight, but if I wanted bath soap, I didn’t know where I could go to request some). The WiFi worked okay, but looks like they have a data limit and my PC’s auto-backup burned through all of it (gotta remember to turn that off when traveling).

Cute cozy lodge in Mammoth! Highly recommend staying here if you're looking for something on the cheaper side. We booked it 2 weeks in advance (abour $140 a night). The nice thing is everything is self check-in, you find your name at in the envelope and it gives you a code for your room. There's 1 parking spot for your room. The room was prepared nicely with the heater on. There's 1 queen bed with clean sheets and pillows were pretty good too. There's a mini kitchen with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a few glasses and plates, paper towels and cutlery. Just enough to get by. Small desk area with an old TV. Tiny bathroom with a hairdryer and enough towels. Shower had shampoo, conditioner and body gel. Free wifi too. My only complaints were the shower floor looked dingy and the water pressure was very low. The light in the shower didn't work either. The luggage holder was broken as well. Other than that, everything was fine. Walls are super thin so you can hear your neighbors.

Very nice apartment, well equiped, close to the center. Check in and check out were really easy. Retro style but we found the interior very charming. Bathroom is a bit old though but overall we really enjoyed our stay.
