Personally, I expected something better, the rooms were very small, the air conditioning did not work well, there is no adequate parking at all, I think they could improve the place to be able to have a good stay.

WiFi was advertised on our unit. There was absolutely no WiFi signal unless we went to the common area down the hall. Also, there was no cellular signal in the unit during our stay. Employees on site and at the company said there was nothing they could do about the WiFi. No compensation was provided for the false advertising.

Rented a unit through Airbnb and was pretty disappointed at the quality of the apartment on arrival. The unit smelled like someone had been smoking in it for 30 years and the carpets were covered with spots and stains. Walls were marked up and every other thing we looked at was either broken or in disrepair.
Mammoth West is located within a short walk to Mammoth Mountain Ski Area. This slope side community features large, two-story town homes in a beautiful forested setting on a hillside in close proximity to the lifts. Community amenities include a large, year-round heated Jacuzzi, sauna, shared laundry facilities in the large recreation room that also includes a ping pong table and wireless Internet.
