Our credit card got stuck in the pump. Two other people came in while we were there with their cards stuck in pumps too! What are the chances? If it's a malfunction, upgrade your pumps. I won't return.

My recent visit to the Shell gas station on [location] left me extremely dissatisfied. Despite expecting convenience, I encountered expired foods on their shelves. Unfortunately, I unknowingly consumed one of these items, resulting in a stomachache. It's disappointing that the establishment failed to maintain the basic standards of product quality and safety. I strongly advise others to thoroughly check the expiration dates before purchasing anything from this location.

The worst service ever. My gas pump would not work and locked my credit card in the pump. When I went in to see the attendant, I met with the worst attendant ever. He said I had to wait 5 minutes for the pump to unlock and was only worried that I did not have a mask to report my non working pump. It ultimately ended with foul language from the attendant and I shared that the gas station I have frequented for 10 plus years year will no longer be my gas station. I feel sorry for the owner as I have a second home here and this was my place of choice. There are too many options to put up with bad attitudes and service. I will miss you the next 20 years. Good luck!
