Chuck, I have been trying to reach you, but no one answers when I call. We spoke two weeks ago, you said you were busy and would call me back. I got your VM yesterday, and again no answer when I called back, and no ability to leave a message or send an email. I sent you a letter via USPS last week, following-up and the tracking says it wasn't accepted and is sitting at the mammoth post office. In that letter are the instructions I got from Habitat for Humanity to donate the Navigator, as well as a postage paid envelope for the title to get sent to me. Once I get it signed and to them, then they will get the Navigator ofc of your hands. Please go to the post office and pickup your mail so we can get this resolved. Thanks.

Chuck Addy owner of the auto shop said we don't repair cars when I called because we are looking for auto service center. However, AAA routed us to Norco Service Center and they have a contract with AAA as auto service center. Chuck Addy (owner) won't help us neither look at the car because they are too busy!!!! But their repair men were walking around and talking amongst themselves. Stay away . As we were discussing what needs to be done amongst us Chuck Addy was rudely inserting himself. We had two children in the car and car was shutting off at traffic light while we were waiting. Plus it was raining and roads were slippery. He is extremely rude and seems like raciest person. Stay away and save your money. Go somewhere else. AAA should remove this business from their closest repair shop!!!!

Had my van breakdown because it needed a new computer module. They were the only place in town that could see me within a few days since everywhere else was booked for weeks. Diagnosed within 2 days. Unfortunately my part is a huge headache to get but they let me stay in my van adjacent to the shop for nearly 3 weeks. Very friendly and accommodating. Appreciate the heck out of the hospitality.

Great place, great service. I was broke down out of town and they took me in even though they were very busy and ensured me and the family were back in the road as fast as possible.

We took a ski vacation at Mammoth last week. Unfortunately we got a brake problem when we just about to leave for home. It was already Friday afternoon when we towed the car to Noro Service Center. The owner Chuck and his mechanic were extremely helpful. They managed to fix the problem so we could drive all the way back home to Southern California instead of waiting for the part till the next week. We are very grateful to Norco Service Center-Goodyear and highly recommend their service in Mammoth Lakes.

During a ski trip to Mammoth, we came out to my son's truck one morning to find one of the tires completely flat. We took the wheel and tire off and took them to Norco for repair. Despite the pre-Christmas rush and an impending storm, they repaired the tire within an hour for a very reasonable price. This could have turned into a much bigger problem with the incoming snow and the need to put chains on the truck, but Norco saved the day. Highly recommend. Thanks Norco!

My husband went to Norco Service to have our back rear tire looked at, see if we needed to change out the tire due to a huge gash on the tire. He was very rude and did not even look at the tire. Told my husband "don't you have eyes? Can't you see for yourself?? if it's not going into the tread then it's fine." The only reason we went there was because they were the only car service in the area that opened at 8am. Maybe the guys doesn't like Asians??? He was a rude, grumpy old man!

I called in to see if they had the tire size I needed for my car. Unfortunately, they didn't, but they did recommend a place in Bishop which did have what I needed. I appreciated the recommendation and the guy at the desk here was pretty friendly and helpful.

I broke down 30 miles south of Mammoth and got my car towed here. My engine was done for, so I decided to part with the car. Norco allowed me to leave my car with them and were so nice and patient with me while I figured out how to get me, 3 other people, and a big dog back to Los Angeles. After continuous days of talking on the phone for countless hours with countless people, it was ultimately Norco who connected me with a (worker) willing to purchase my car. A friendly and honest business that I would absolutely recommend and return to!

Got a flat, they were there when I needed them. They charged a very reasonable $40 to fix it, the same as I pay back home.

The gas station attendant was extremely rude! He was very racist and even cussed at me! He refused to give me a receipt and called the cops

Perhaps the most rude people I've ever come across in a town that is otherwise full of kind and considerate people. I'm done doing business with them. Try Chevron down the street.

Very disappointed in the service here. We got a nail in our tire we pulled up no other customers were there they said it would take several hours we asked if we could come back at a certain time since we have two kids under two. The man said no "this is how it is up here" so we left went down the street and the guy was awesome. Preplanned a specific time and charged us $20. Go down the street over this place.
