I respect the kind and friendly workers and understand that they’re short staffed. But it’s kind of ridiculous that when your package says delivered or ready for pickup and the key nor the yellow slip is inside your P.O. Box. It’s been 5 days now ?

They do the best they can! If only they could hire locally and pay a living wage I am sure the service would be more consistent.
