These guys are on their game. Left them my 89 930 Cab. They were very excited as well as honored to work on it. Turned it inside out and came with a list of what should be done and what could be done, depending on your budget. But, at no time do they try to half step with the integrity of The Machine !! Very experienced team. I feel really good about this place. Don’t get that very often in the mechanics field.

Grant is an honest and straightforward dude. Their work is high quality and their communication is top notch. I highly recommend Grant and Accutrak for anyone with an air cooled Porsche.

Grant, Ray, and Paul are all fantastic specialists and people. If you have an air cooled Porsche or a modern Audi that you love (odd pairing, I know...but perfect for me!), get to know these guys.

I have a concourse 89 porsche that only Ray and one other has ever worked on . Grant and Ray are as good as it gets. Knowledgeable, detail oriented, and careful, they are awesome. Just as important, and rare they will not over repair a car, and will do what is warranted for the car and the usage of it. From a daily driver to a show car.

My family and I have been taking our vehicles to Accutrack for almost a decade. We found their mechanics to be diligent, forthcoming, honest, and reasonably priced. Specifically, we want to shout out Paul who is our go-to guy. He never fails to get our cars up and running for a good price and in the almost decade we have taken our vehicles there, he has never tried to stiff us. From complete transmission repairs, routine maintenance, to just letting us stop by for a quick inspection or question- they do it all and they are amazing people on top of it. 10/10 recommend this place to anyone who needs to have their car looked at or worked on. They are * the best*.Services: Transmission replacement

I had a really unfortunate experience here. I had recently moved into town from out of state. I wanted to get a timing belt service performed on my 2003 Audi RS6. I called Ken at Auto Werkstatt to bring the car in. Ken had me take it to his other shop (Accutrack). I dropped the car off just before the Holidays. When I arrived to pick up the car, I noticed some damage to my passenger fender and my driver's side headlight (but to his credit, Paul whom I was dealing with at Accutrack, also pointed out the damage and took accountability). They had put a couple of small chips on the fender that actually went through the PPF and chipped the paint. The PPF on the headlight was of less concern and easier to fix (thankfully). Unfortunately over the past two years I had done an extensive amount of restoration on the car, including paint work as well as covering the front end in PPF. To his credit, Ken worked with me to try and take care of and pay for everything. My options were to respray the front of the fender and blend paint, or get some some touch-up work on the two chips. Since the original paint work was from out of town and I was worried that using a new body shop and respraying the fender for the two blemishes could open up a can of worms, I decided to just get a shop to apply a little touch-up paint. But, as you know, touch-up paint never gets 100% back to where it was. There's still some divots where the paint is not quite level with the rest of the paint. But, at least it's not showing primer. So all in all it has taken two months from the time I picked up my car and was aware of the damage until now, where you would say it's finally "done." I appreciate what Ken has done to try and make matters right. But, at the end of the day it was a lot of hassle and the biggest thing is that the paint is still not 100% back to where it was before I dropped the car off with them. I will not be coming back for service.

Kudos the the guys at Accutrack! When I bought my 1996 Carrera 4 in 2019 I was looking for a good shop. I found it at Accutrack and they have been servicing the car ever since. Recently I took it in for a blown valve cover gasket, and was extremely pleased with the work. They fixed the gasket covers and also fixed an intermittent starting issue, as well as a few other things that had worn out on a car with 89,000 miles. But when they removed the two door dings from the passenger side, I was blown away. They have a magician that does paintless body repair and I can't find the door dings now. He even found four other places that he repaired that I hadn't even seen! All the work was done on time and they contacted me to get approvals on the additional work. It is such a relief to find such a great shop and great customer service. Accutrack is the only place that I will take my "baby". Thanks a million.

As a car-guy's daughter I had the typical salvage title/always-in-need-of-repair '08 VW Jetta. Once I moved to LA, my dad wasn't around to fix it and over the span of 2 years I had taken it into quite a few unfair shops; never left spending less than $1200 with some new part that never seemed to fix the problem. Then, I took it in to Accutrack and had Paul work on it. He was the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met. He was extremely easy to communicate with and took our opinions/thoughts into account. He gave great advice, explained things in a way I could understand, and he actually refused to accept payment once when he could not find the solution to a specific problem. Overall, I cannot recommend this shop enough!

I have taken my VW Jetta to so many mechanics and no one has been able to fix the problems like this shop! They are friendly and honest. I highly recommend and trust this place! Thank you!

Kenny and his team did a fantastic job on my Porsche 993 and charged half as much as the shop I took it to originally. They saved all the old parts, walked me through the work (I am mechanically inclined), and made important recommendations that allowed me to make smart decisions. I highly recommend Kenny and his team (special shout-out to Ray!) to take care of your automotive investment!

I own an Audi A7 with APR stage 1, and I had quite a few faulty codes that came up on my vcds and decided that's more than I could do on my own. So I went to 4 or 5 places regarding the issue. I've paid diagnostic fees up until I've meet Ken. He assured me that the work is quite simple and most likely will be covered by my extended warranty. He sent me to this shop that he also own and here I've meet Paul. Oh man Paul is by far the best auto mechanic I came across and a wonderful person as well. He did manage to find more issues that weren't covered by my warranty . Paul explain the issues and tried his best to make my warranty to cover the issues , I was completely amazed by that kind of attitude since I never saw it from a mechanic ever. I was more then happy to pay the extra fees. From that moment on I knew if anything happens to my car I can call Paul and bring the car over. Well 2 weeks later I was in the shop again and again Paul went above and beyond to fix my car and did a full diagnostic and replaced everything on time and was just a pleasure to deal with . Highly recommend Paul and this place to any Audi owners especially the 3.0 supercharged engine

My daughter's VW Jetta had some coolant and belt problems last month but because of the workload at Werkstatt, and our urgency to get my daughter's sole means of transportation taken care of, Kenny sent us over to Paul at Accutrack. The awesome service expected from Kenny was mirrored by Paul! Everything was taken care of as soon as possible, explained thoroughly, and suggestions of upcoming services were provided without any pressure. Paul even took care of small items (not in the initial scope of work) that he noticed while doing the repair. The price charged by Paul for the work performed was a relief as i was expecting it to be a lot more, specially given our rush for the services. Thank you Paul (and Kenny)! You've earned a lifelong customer.

I was first introduced to Auto Werkstatt by my friend's mother. And although it's a beautiful shop, I was dealing with some financial problems & ended up at their sister shop, Accutrack. I've been going there ever since. Paul has been INCREDIBLY helpful, kind & patient. He's completely upfront & clear about work, pricing & expected delivery times. I trust him. That's rare... and very important. I recommend Accutrack to anyone with BMW & Porsche maintenance needs. They've been my preferred shop for nearly a decade.

I just got my BMW back from Accutrack after I thought I blew a head gasket on my E46. It's been a great car and was afraid it was going to be a hefty bill to get it running again. The guys at Accutrack figured out that it was a series of smaller issues and fixed it at a fraction of the cost of what I was expecting. They were quick, friendly and reasonable. I'll be going back for all my car repairs/maintenance . Thanks!
