After years of dealing with this location and getting consistently bad service, I finally decided to write a review. This is specific to the Manhattan Bch location that is in the same center as Target. This AT&T store was close to where I lived and work so it was the most convenient location. I now drive to the Hawthorne location where I am treated fairly and respectfully by the employees. I have so many complaints about the MB store that i don't know where to start. First, they ALWAYS give you the bait and switch. Meaning offering me a cash rebate of a certain amount and then the amount turns out to be less than what they quoted. But of course I don't have any paperwork stating that, just the employees word. This has happened to me at least 2 times at this store. (I have had my cell service with AT&T for over 23 years). The incident that occurred that made me never step foot inside again was when I was talking to an employee about my issue (again, this was their fault and I was going in on my lunch break to have them correct the issue) and some old man customer decided he didn't like the looks of me and started berating me in front of the entire store. I was shocked and confused at first; how is this happening right now? Not one employee intervened on my behalf and I left the store in tears and told the security guard outside about the incident. Some man was literally yelling at me and I was only trying to get my service fixed with the employee. I was not yelling or being rude but I was being assertive. Fast forward to today: my husband calls to see if they have a certain phone in stock and the employee who answers says they can't answer that question as it's against policy. Hmmm...well the four other stores he called today were able to answer the question. I am so sick of this location and their employees. Do yourself a favor and go to Hawthorne or Culver City instead.

Service was incredible the person who took care of me was Andrea R., who was super friendly and helpful. she helped me out with my needs in just minutes. I noticed that when Andrea was helping the other staff was helping others and the way they were treating them was just amazing. I did have bad experiences going to other locations and customers in a few stores in LA (I'm from New York I was just visiting LA) but this location was just beyond my expectations. Thank you guys Highly recommend this location.

Juan was so professional and helpful. I bought a new iphone and he helped me transfer the data from my old phone and getting the new phone all set with a screen protector, case, charging block and insurance. He explained everything and was very patient. He is also assisting my husband with a business account. Thanks Juan!!!

This location is claimed to be a corporate store but run itself equally as a third party vendor.We came here after dealing with a ATT kiosk situation that went very horrible. We tried activating lines but our orders never went through and tried solving that issue for hours on end with no resolution and going through the most frustrating process with Customer Service experience.Then with this location. We get told at time we choose to give them a chance that any issues would be resolved with them and they promise to honor our price. Months later our bill is much higher than promised. So we give them a call and each time they tell us they will return our call. They never did and to the point we know an employee that no longer works there from months ago. We are now facing issues of countless false promises that they will return our calls to solve our billing issues or actually resolve our problem.More recently we recieve a call back from the assistant manager that our issue has been resolved and we're assured that our bill won't be as high. Our new bill just came as high as before.Unfortunately with this location you have to be assertive because will they will easily send you to call customer service. They focus on making their sales quota vs actually helping their customers since they do not profit from helping.We have spoken to the store manager Eric, assistant managers, and countless other employees.

Just got out of this store today. The most racist att store I've been. Waited for 1 hr for my turn. The assisted people who came after me. I ask them what happened and they just told me oh I'm sorry we forgot to check you in. Did not even bother to ask me what I need help with. They continued to help people who came after me who were obviously white like them. Being Asian and has been with att for a long time made me think is this the kind of service they want us to experience? Just walked out age told them straight " you can't help me huh cause I'm not white. ?! " they just looked at each other with half smile. The smile of privilege.

Juan the sales rep who helped me was great. He was super patient in answering all of my questions and really helpful with my insurance claim. He made the entire process super easy and pleasant.

FYI this is a 'Corporate Store' and not a value added reseller. That was important to my mom and I. We dropped in and it was quiet and Raquelle helped us right away. She was incredibly kind and patient with my 80+ year old mom. Also Raquelle worked hard to make sure my mom had the best deal. She got the phone set up and transferred over from mom's older SE model. Can't say enough good stuff, so for sure check them out.

Went to the store to sign up for service with ported number and bring your own device. Staff are dishonest and uniformed, informed me that aI can sign up and use third party Att Stores for device purchases with the promotion. Staff are dishonest and uninformed because new accounts and especially bring your own device lines have to have devices upgraded at activation or you will not be able to upgrade for 90 days. Manager looked at my account and acknowledged that his staff are not trained at all. Unless you know what you want stay away from this store.

Walked around for 5 minutes, no one says a word to me. It wasn't even busy. A simple "hello, we'll be with you in a minute" would have been suffice but I suppose I unknowingly wore my invisibility cloak today.
