“Bank is a little hidden, had to park inside lot. Be sure to get ticket validated or you'll be paying $1.75 for parking. Anyways, staff here is very courteous. They got me in and out in no time. Would have given 5 stars, however, bank does not have an ATM machine. Just recently got a Banc of California account, and this is the only branch close to my job. Would love if the bank expanded to a few more areas. Update: After coming to this Banc of California locations numerous times after my review, I have to bump them up to a 5-Star rating. Having banked with Bank of America and Chase, I'm used to making all my transactions online or at an ATM. However, this locations brings back memories of when one would walk into a bank, and have small talk with their tellers. Banc of California is what banks used to be. I would definitely recommend Banc of California, especially this location, to anyone who's tired of their typical national banks.”

“Writing a review because it wasn’t until these past couple weeks that I realized how important it is to bank with a bank that you can actually get a hold of. I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was ?). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less stressful. Aside from the personal help I’ve gotten from Justin, I’ve been to other FRB branches in the past and have always loved how I’ve been treated, I was even given chocolate cookies a few times ? If that’s not enough to love them, then I don’t know what is!”

“I couldn't be happier with Comerica El Segundo as my bank! I joined Comerica a couple of years ago after being disappointed with Wells Fargo. Comerica El Segundo provides an outstanding banking experience. The location is ideal, just a couple of minutes from my home in Redondo Beach. You enter through a beautiful garden/fountain area and when in the bank where the lines are none or short, I am welcomed and greeted by my name by the awesome manager Andre. Andre provides exceptional banking and customer service and makes me and my spouse Marvin feel like very valued customers. They also have very sweet tellers working there, especially Dory. On top of all of the great service, Comerica offers very competitive rates and excellent deals including a zero percent credit card through Elan bank. I highly recommend this great bank to anyone in search of an exceptional bank with staff that go above and beyond to show they care about each customer.”

She’s gone above and beyond helping me open my new business accounts and cards, continuing to demonstrate genuine concern for how things are running months after I set them up! “This is not the closet branch to me but I made an appointment here to do some simple account adjustments. I'm glad I did some research and found this place. Everyone I encountered here is very friendly. Even the guard outside made us feel very welcome. Shortly, we were led to a booth, but we can still hear the good interactions from the clerks and customers out in the line. The lady helped us was very cautious and professional. “I LOVE this branch. Everyone is professional and attentive. I got a sincere welcome. After our pleasantries, I asked for help in setting up an automatic payment. The teller told me that the feature can be found on the app and I'll be able to easily navigate the web site. I told him I was technically challenged. He told me he would see who was available to assist me. He returned and said that I will be next as soon as someone wraps up his call with a customer. He didn't know how long it would be, would I like to make an appointment or wait? That was alright by me, I'll wait, I had freed up the rest of the day to get this done!I am so delighted that I went in. Tyler worked his magic so I had less clicking to do when I want to make a manual payment. We hit a couple of glitches along the way (My doing. For example, I had the wrong user name AND I forgot my password.) I wasn't shamed or made to feel like a dope. Tyler was so patient. Big plus! It took a little longer, but well worth it. Dare I say I actually had an enjoyable experience. There, I said it. I had a good time on something that would have taken me forever to try to do on my own. I'd end up having to go in anyway. Customer service at its finest right here! Highly recommend. 5 stars! There is one thing I must insist on, bring a mask! The city has unresolved sewage problems. Restaurants and other businesses next door have the same "unpleasant scent" in their establishments. Because this is not their fault, I will not take a star away. For me to tolerate such a foul stench and get support from this Chase branch, you know they must be exceptional. Thank you Chase Manhattan Village branch for making any bank task here a pleasure!”

One of the employees explained to me why this is so. Specifically on a Saturday afternoon after COVID lockdown. “This is one of the very best branches . I go out of my way to come here . My office is in Brentwood, we live in marina Del Rey and I come to Manhattan beach because of the exceptional service. I came in today and was greeted by not one person , but two beautiful young ladies at the front entrance. Today my teller was Gloria . I asked if Alex was available but he was assisting another customer . I told her he spoiled us with outstanding service the last 2 times we were here . Gloria said she would be more than happy to help us . She was amazing . She was very warm and friendly and very patient with us . She recommended a special program that would offer me a much higher interest rate. I was very impressed. Gloria was simply amazing . The management is doing a great job in providing outstanding service to all of their clients. We got a chance to say hello to Alex who is awesome ! And don't forget , they have the best gourmet coffee and hot chocolate. Thank you Gloria for a great experience today ... and a special thank you to Danny who helped my daughter!”
