“Helpful but the banker didn't process my secured credit card application correctly. I asked for a $500 secured credit card and ended up with and over draft and no access to my money for 7-10 days. I believe she was new. Kept asking another teller for help. So today I have access to $26 in my account 🤷🏽♂. I'll survive I guess”

“After they closed down the another Chase bank next former 99 cent store. It was smaller and faster and less hassle. The El Segundo blvd branch. It got worse no matter what days or time I go this specific bank. ATM outside is always break down. Then inside ATM is either slow or client who is using it takes longer. Tellers are not bad it client are old school or takes times. I used goes there around 2014-2019. I had no issues with other Chase banks around area and even different cities. But this bank is least favorite to go.”
