I love that I can make an appointment and pick up my pet about 1.5 hours later. They do an amazing cut and wash. I highly recommend Natsumi in Torrance

I've taken my furbaby to 3 different places around my area. Bubbles pet spa is the best! My furbaby gets matted so fast. Other groomers will just shave him. Not bubbles pet spa! Masumi is very creative and manages to not shave my furbaby. I always pick up my furbaby very satisfied with his look.

Pricing is an absolute joke. I thought they had made a mistake it is that outrageous. We have taken our mini goldendoodle to 10+ groomers across the South Bay and west side of LA, pricing here not far off double what we have ever paid. Ridiculous.To be clear. $160 for a bath, her eyes to be trimmed and her but trimmed. She is 24lbs.....

Do not go here. Go to Torrance/Redondo location insteadThey charge significantly more than the Torrance location when I asked what the price break down was Daisy at the front desk said “ well you haven’t been here for a while things are different from every location” when i asked for a breakdown or estimate or starting prices they simply said they don’t had one i apologized to Daisy saying I’m sorry if i bothered her and she said no I’m fine i than proceeded to check out and head to my vehicle with my dog and she come out as well as I’m sitting in my car i noticed her recording my car i said she unprofessional and probably shouldn’t get annoyed so fast she called me goofy and said i am fired from here and can’t come back to that location and proceed to record me and call me names. I will not go back Redondo beach/torrance location is alot betterThey also moved locations from last year and were not helpful giving directions on the phone i am assuming again this was Daisy i was speaking with on the phone

I took my male and female French bulldogs to Bubbles groomers, yesterday. The facility is very clean and professional. They were very accommodating, very gentle with my nervous frenchies, putting them at ease. Today I took my male back to get his a little shorter. Again very accommodating. I definitely recommend and we will be back.Thank you Bubbles groomers!

Unfortunately the worst cut we’ve had for our little guy. Completely uneven, no attention to detail and didn’t follow instructions after showing several pictures of his past haircuts. At least the staff were nice…
