Absolutely terrible. All was well in the leading up to the move, they sent me my boxes and such. But today, DAY OF the move, they miss my move in window. I email and they tell me that the driver is sick. No updated pick up window. I had to cancel and find a new storage unit and movers, 3 hours before my flight. Worst service ever and they didn’t even have the decency to let me know until I emailed.

Campus Storage goes above and beyond to make sure you are fully taken care of. Their prices are also fully transparent and they do not charge extra fees to pick up and deliver right to your door. Their 1-2 hour pick up and delivery windows blow every other company out of the water. Going with Campus Storage is a no brainer.

I will never use campus storage again. I ended up with someone else's things mixed with my own and then I didn't even get all of my own objects until almost two weeks later. Not to mention, they didn't arrive to deliver my objects when they said they would. Instead, they came the day after. Definitely do not recommend. That being said, when I emailed, they did reply rather quickly so I guess there is that.

Great experience thus far with Campus Storage. I was so happy to find a company that will pick up my daughter's belongings from her dorm room and deliver them to her new housing in the fall, especially since we live across the country and I am not able to be there to help her move out. Customer service via email was very quick to respond and helpful in answering my questions. Looking forward to a great experience and highly recommend.

I don't usually write reviews like this but I just went through all of my belongings delivered this morning and found out that many of my designer bags, an iPhone, and many other items adding up to more than $5000 dollars worth of my belongings are missing.The delivery staffs are friendly, but please think very very carefully before using their service.UPDATE: They have been aware of my case for a month now and they made absolutely no progress in resolving their customers' loss. Initially, they told me to wait until all of my roommate's things are delivered so that they can "cross reference" and "make sure that nothing is mixed-up" (And how convincing is that in the first place? Only valuable items getting "mixed up" and taken from drawers?) They claimed that it takes 2 weeks to process a claim form, but as I followed up with them (note that they make no effort to provide updates on theri end. you need to ask yourself) They dragged it on and told me to give me another week each time I asked. Honestly avoid using their services at all costs and save yourself some trouble.

They were hired by my school to pack up my dorm room belongings after COVID hit. My skateboard and $100 speaker were missing (and obviously stolen). AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I wish I could give a ZERO star. I have to use this storage service because we lived on campus during the COVID-19 and our college was cooperating with this company. I was in a different city when they packed my belongings. They told me that they would video call while packing - none; they just messaged me when it was done. Later I negotiated with them on the shipping choices and proposed to use a third-party moving company. Of course they said no and told me that I need to pay delivery fee even if my company came to pick it up. Now I finally received my stuff. My picture frames were smashed, glasses broken, and oh my god, my legos were in pieces. When I unboxed the storage, my legos rushed out and were everywhere on the floor. The microwave and printers had scratches all over. The customer service agent told me that those scratches were NORMAL WEAR and they would not take any responsibility for that. Please, STOP RAPING THE COLLEGES AND STUDENTS DURING THIS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT TIME!!!

Campus storage has been such an easy and reliable service for storing all of my dorm room belongings. The service is great and the movers were so efficient and careful with all of my things. I will definitely use campus storage again!
