I parked on a cargo van, for 5 minutes the manager is already running and driving me out of the parking lot.

The attendant was inviting and greeted me while I got my coffee. Coffee was fresh and love their cream dispenser.

This Chevron gas station is located on the corner of Rosecrans Ave and Sepulveda Blvd. It has 8 pumps. Gas price is $6.49/gal for Unlead Supreme and $6.33/gal for Unlead Plus. This is highway robbery since it is located next to a Chevron refinery. Minus 1 star. I went inside the store to pay cash for gas. There are 7 customers waiting for one cashier. Line is getting long and it does not move because the cashier is moving at a snail pace with the first customer. Minus 2 stars. For its high price per gallon, there are paper towels and a trash can. However, there is no windshield wiper fluid for you to clean your windows!!! Minus 1 star. It also sells rotten banana for 0.99ea. Who wants to spent $0.99 for a rotten banana? Minus 1 star. Overall, that should equal to zero star for my rating! Cheers and have a nice day!

I had to drive up to Los Angeles to pick up a purchase I made and I needed to use a restroom on the way home. I didn’t really think of what I would do to use a restroom on a long drive during these times. I stopped off at your gas station and I decided to grab a coffee as well - Your employee, Jonathan, was so sweet and followed all the rules for applying gloves and his mask. In addition, he was super sweet. You are lucky to have such an amazing human working for your business during this time.

Not the worst Chevron ever, but super expensive! I only go there if it's an emergency and I'm about to run out of gas and that's the closest gas station. They share a building with a pretty decent McDonald's though! Buy snacks there. They're cheaper and more delicious haha.

BEWARE OF THIS CHEVRON LOCATION!!!! The pumps here work intermittently but you still will be charged the full amount and the so-called Manager "SONIA" will rudely argue, yell and deny the issue even when the PUMP is MALFUNCTIONING right in front of her. We politely asked SONIA to at least place an "Out of Order" sign on the malfunctioning pump (Pump #4) so other customers avoid using the malfunctioning pump but she rudely refused and loudly said "NO! I no do nothin'! Go call the 1-800 number!" BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL SONIA really should amp up on learning the English language especially in her position as "Manager" in charge of the the entire place as she claimed. I am a loyal Chevron customer I always go out of my way to fill up my vehicles with Chevron. "SONIA" is beyond a negative reflection of the company, it is appalling that Chevron tarnishes their reputation by hiring people like her. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

My family and friends have lived here in the SouthBay for 30-40 years. Many of us purchase the Chevron gas, often, as well as the merchandise in their Extra Mile store. I love the coffee at their Extra Mile store and I also always buy snacks there! :D My family and I prefer to use Chevron. I have always had positive experiences at these gas stations as well as at the Extra Mile stores attached. Today, unfortunately, was extremely different and disturbing. This is the first non-positive review that I have ever posted. I love to post positive reviews to those who are kind and positive as I believe we need more of this our world so it is a beautiful opportunity that we have this forum for acknowledging the beauty of our humanity. I am sad to post this but I feel it is important to give this feedback, both for the companies, the person in this situation and for the customers. Today I pulled in and filled up my tank, as always. Then, I appropriately pulled into a parking space marked for the store ( Because I am considerate of not blocking other customers by keeping my car parked in the gasoline filling area) so that I could purchase merchandise from Extra Mile. As I was getting two cups of their delicious coffee, I heard an employee, "Sonny" speaking with another kind customer. It was so nice to hear them talking about from where sonny lived and just such a nice connection between the gentleman customer and Sonny ( Sonny is a beautiful person who exudes kindness) that I was feeling grateful that we all can connect with each other in such a beautiful way, anywhere and any time. :) I actually walked away from next-in-line, smiling and didn't want them to feel rushed so I bought my second cup of coffee just because I liked the humanity that I was experiencing. I am sure that if I would have felt rushed they would have taken care of me. :) So, as I was finishing up with my second coffee, and he had no customers, I said to Sonny," Hello, how are you today?" We exchanged some kind words and I asked where he was from since I couldn't hear it when the other customer had asked him. He said he was from India. I told him I had close friends from there and I shared their names. He told me what their names meant in their language and it was beautiful. I paid, went out to my car and ran back in, waited for my turn in line for a minute, showed him a photo of an elephant that is Indian and we smiled. Suddenly "Sonia" was clearly angry, and told me, " HE IS WORKING! HE HAS CUSTOMERS!" Well, I am a customer too and I was feeling joyful about the kindness of Sonny. That felt hurtful and unkind. I do Not want her fired. She may be the owner, but it doesn't matter. That was unkind and hurtful and I left feeling upset. But even though she was unkind, I told her I give her love and respect. I tried to speak With her but she was not interested and talked over me and wanted me to leave. :( I was respectful and kind, as am I in my life. She is apparently hurt. We never know what others are going through. I have much loss in my life so I choose to give love openly. I pray for Sonia. Truly, I do Sonia. I send you love and healing because you are obviously in very deep pain. I tried to gently speak with you but you would not have that. I send you love. Because of this upsetting treatment, I am not comfortable returning. I certainly do not want others to experience this as I believe this type of energy can spread and hurt many. I send love, peace, joy and health out to Sonia and the world. And so it is; And so it shall be. Amen. I admit that I am experiencing a bit of fear that this person might want to harm me for being open about this. Also, the light haired guy who was fixing things near the gas tanks was very gentle and kind. He was wearing a red shirt and was there when that happened. Grateful for him as well. :)

The hours are marked as open 24 hours, but I'm told they open at 5 a.m. by an employee inside. Change your hours to match your actual hours, please.
