Any bank other than this one. Worst service not possible.

This bank is racist. I would never do business here. They won't even allow for bathroom use in the building. They are also very slow. The FDC should close this bank. They are very rude and don't follow California Banking law. The most terrifying experience and the bank manager Tricia is incompetent.
