Unwelcoming, cold, unpleasant, and every other "Un" you can think of. From the moment I walked in, I was being judged. I was only "seeking" Information about their services for my small business. An older male approached me and said, "Yes?" No "hi" , No "How may I help you" but, a "Yes?" as What are you doing here? I said I wanted to get information about opening an account. His response was, "Hmmm." He then took me to a woman who was too busy to talk with me and she passed me off to another a guy named Miguel. Miguel was not rude to me but very unwelcoming and let me know from the jump he did not want me or my business. Told me that they like businesses in walking distance to the bank, as if money is not a digital transaction. Told me how high the fees were and that I would be better suited else where. Tried telling me something about 911 being a influencing factor as to why I would not be a good fit for their bank. I told Miguel thank you for your time and I reached out to shake his hand and in return he accepted the gesture. From the moment I walked in, I knew I would not be a customer there. I'm guessing this is a good bank for some clients and not for others.
