Don’t get me wrong, they do good work. The absolutely unacceptable practice they don’t tell you about is that they charge nearly DOUBLE for the same print job if it’s emailed to them rather than uploaded through the FedEx portal. It’s price gouging, and a complete ripoff. They need to disclose it when emailing back and forth. Then they act like it’s your problem when you almost faint over the sticker shock. Not okay.

4 stars for location and business hours that’s , hope there are better staff around, 1 star for staff (Tim) not really helpful considering there's only 2 customers around, I end up walking away without completing tasks. He's better use as a Life Size Cardboard Cutout display.

This FedEx location is AMAZING!! I have gone 4-5 times for print jobs, each with a request that I'm not sure is possible and each time they surpass my expectations. Corey, Daniel and I believe a man named Luis? are so friendly and SOOO helpful. They're very smart and knowledgable and they go out of their way to help come up with a solution to a problem I wasn't sure how to fix (three times with printing and once with shipping). They're also incredibly patient. Thank you FedEx Print & Ship Manhattan!! You have saved the day on more than one occasion!

Corey is a SUPERSTAR! Not only does he treat all customers and employees with the utmost kindness and respect, but he also made magic happen for me with a large last minute print job. He should be CEO of FedEx, will keep coming back for him and his great team ❤️❤️

I can't thank this location enough, particularly Corey, for the impeccable customer service! My cousin had ordered wedding programs from a popular website that were delayed due to shipping issues, and therefore would not make it to her wedding in time. So, we sprang into action immediately because we had to get them created, ordered and printed within 2 days. We started to search for locations close by that would be willing to work with us, and our tight timeframe, and we came across this store. From the very beginning Corey was positive, reassuring and so professional. We hopped on their website, which was equipped with Canva, to virtually redesign the programs. It was fast, easy and honestly fun due to the wide variety of options that were offered. Once we finished the design process, while literally sitting in our car in their parking lot mind you, Corey assured us that we could get them printed and picked up the following day by 4pm, we couldn't believe it and had such a sense of relief! We stood there for a bit to do some quality control and make sure that we were happy with everything, including the paper stock we chose. It said premium, but Corey's last minute suggestion on the paper really saved us, and it was such a great quality choice. Within that time, Corey happened to look at the clock and say "wait, I think we can get these done for you right away" ... We were stunned, and so incredibly grateful! Don, their printing guy was so efficient, and had them all done, looking beautiful, within the hour! So, we literally were able to get them designed, paid for, printed and dropped off to my cousin THE SAME DAY, INCREDIBLE! Corey and Don, I really can't thank you fellas enough for literally coming to the rescue for us, and we will always be using your location for anything we need in the future! Oh, and Corey... GO CELTICS!

I came here to print some forms on legal paper for my business. My file was too large for self printing so Don helped me print it from One Drive. I’m not very tech so I appreciated his kindness and willingness to help me figure it out. Also, I personally didn’t have any interactions with the manager but I heard him helping other guests and he was wonderful as well.

Location is easy to find and plenty of parking! Facility is clean and well stocked with packing and office supplies. I've stopped by here a few times to print stuff and its been easy-peasy. You can go straight to the printers and plug in your c/c info and email your docs to "
[email protected]" and within a minute you'll get an access code and you're ready to print! *** Special shout out to COREY for always being so warm and welcoming and super helpful! Thank you Corey!
