I like Hector he's amazing. I met him at the Reseda location in 2020. That location closed down O call the 1800 number to find him
I found him he run stores professional and provide quality service. The store he is at now I went to last year who ever that Korean or Chinese man is that was there is horrible. That man is terrible yuck? so I was lead by the holy spirit to call and find Hector. I do not and do not want to deal with noone but Hector he is a great store manager he care about everyone and do not judge people. He try real hard to help others I refuse to deal with other stores especially Gardena those staff members are mean unprofessional and hate their job. Hector is so nice he provide quality service and professionalism. You have no idea what goes on behind the scene at some of your store locations and I thank God you got that Korean man out of that location. He was running your business off or maybe he don't like African Americans, I don't know but he's nasty and mean to consumers.

Hector and another associate helped me with my issue. Had to get new TPMS sensors programmed into my car and the dealership quote me at $250+. Firestone did it for $50 and helped me figure out what I needed done. Kind service and they saved me money.

5-15-24 RE Firestone Manhattan Beach CA. Today I had an appointment with Hector the Manager and Arnold in Tech. We needed help with alignment and a leaky tire. The work was done correctly, on time and on schedule. The team was professional, we so enjoy being a long time customer with Firestone, Hector, and Arnold. They are A plus! Five Stars. I drove up with a tire losing air, a nail was found and they repaired it in a little over an hour. Great service!

The Firestone at Manhattan Beach did a great job doing a wheel alignment. I had originally brought my car to the Firestone in Pasadena, but they did such a bad job in the alignment that when they gave the car back to me, the steering wheel was off by at least 10 degrees. I took the car to the Manhattan Beach location and when they measured the alignment, they found that some of the measurements were so far in the red, they were off the scale. They performed the alignment and did a good job. Now my car drives very smoothly and doesn't drift to one side. Shoutout to the great techs at the Manhattan Beach location! They restored my faith in Firestone.

Someone here stole ~$45 ear protection ear pieces that were attached to my keys. Look out for a worker with two ear pieces that have an inner white ring and outside black ring.
I went in for an oil change + some small other things in early March, and the next day I noticed my ear pieces had gone missing from the case still attached to my keys.
You have to pry this case open with extreme precision to get them out, so the case opening on its own is nearly impossible. Closing the case also takes a good amount of force to make sure the lock on it snaps into place.
It’s taken me a month to finally write this review because I’ve been searching my apartment and car looking for them (to no avail) just to be sure. And my keys are always attached to me with a caribener clip so I’m never without them.
I was waiting in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours with an appointment, plenty of time for something so small to get stolen. Is it my fault for leaving them on my keys? Probably, but at the end of the day I’m just extremely annoyed and wanted to share my experience here.

Kat and Khalil gave me great customer service and got both cars done in good time. I was kept notified and updated by phone message regarding both cars despite them being very busy in the store, I never felt overlooked. Kat even remembered to apply the promotional offer to bring the price down though I hadn’t reminded her and this was after her finding matching tires for my Chrysler that were a better price than I initially was quoted. I always feel the team going the extra yard to get the cars done at that store so have all my tire and wheel work done here. I recommend them to friends in the area as a result of the continued good service and Firestone MB has earnt my loyalty. Many thanks

Did my oil change, they fixed my tire that had a nail, and got a new set of tires. Hector was very helpful. Received excellent customer service from the manager. I really appreciate their service.
