Someone here stole ~$45 ear protection ear pieces that were attached to my keys. Look out for a worker with two ear pieces that have an inner white ring and outside black ring. I went in for an oil change + some small other things in early March, and the next day I noticed my ear pieces had gone missing from the case still attached to my keys. You have to pry this case open with extreme precision to get them out, so the case opening on its own is nearly impossible. Closing the case also takes a good amount of force to make sure the lock on it snaps into place. It's taken me a month to finally write this review because I've been searching my apartment and car looking for them (to no avail) just to be sure. And my keys are always attached to me with a caribener clip so I'm never without them. I was waiting in the lobby for about 2 and a half hours with an appointment, plenty of time for something so small to get stolen. Is it my fault for leaving them on my keys? Probably, but at the end of the day I'm just extremely annoyed and wanted to share my experience here.

So I booked my appointment online which was smooth and effortlessly. When I arrived the guy at the counter greeted me and looked up my reservation. The waiting area was the typical size of one of these locations. Wasn't huge but it did have refreshments as you wait. The labor fee was costly but the job was done well and in a timely manner.

I appreciated that the team did not try to sell unnecessary services. This helps build trust. Alex at your service desk is excellent and the technician who inspected my car took the time to come and talk to me when I collected the vehicle. You have a great team and excellent culture.

Came in with a nail in my tire. They fixed it and got me on my way quickly, Alex at the front was very helpful and shoutout to Joe the tech who fixed the tire.

Very busy place, not always super attentive customer service but they always deliver. Trust their opinions, service is done right and I've been going for years. Can't beat the location.

Upon initial visit I was told that the computer showed the tire was in stock. The employee then went to the garage to confirm and came back and said it was in stock. I was quoted $323 "all in". They said they'd install it right away. When I returned an hour later, I was informed that the tire was not in stock. They did not call me to tell me there was a mistake, nor did they apologize for wasting my time. They informed me the tire would be available the following morning.When I returned the following morning, the tire was in stock and installed. However, I was informed the total would be $470. When I mentioned the previous day's quote of $323, the employee stated that it was not correct. He did offer to remove the road hazard warranty. I did not request the road hazard warranty, nor was it mentioned during the original quote. I then requested that the road hazard warranty be removed. My total was then $368, still $45 more than the original "all in" quote.Again, no apology for the misinformation or poor service was ever given. Needless to say, I will not return.

I love this shop! These guys are so helpful and bottom line they’re really good guys. I appreciate their honesty and they didn’t up sell me to buy parts for my car I don’t need. I’ll definitely come back again.

This review is long overdue! I moved from OC to the South Bay Area 4 years ago and have always been a loyal Firestone customer for ALL of my car needs/repairs and I'm so happy with the customer service and honest work done by the team at this location. I've worked with Bryce and CJ mostly but more recently I was helped by Kat & Gilbert yesterday morning. They go above and beyond to get me in and out quick but still provide quality service! Kat was professional, straight to the point and explained everything thoroughly. I appreciate their hard work and will always return for future services. The location is BUSY so I try to set appointments when possible. Thanks for being so awesome!

Took my company's vehicle here for scheduled maintenance. Employees called me to let me know one tire had a nail in the wall that could not be repaired. I asked the workers to replace the bad tire with the spare and they agreed to do so. The spare was not put on and the bad tire was placed in the rear where the most stress is. The tire ended up blowing up on the freeway in rush hour on my way to work. Only reason I'm ok is because of God. Take your business somewhere else if you care about your well being.

Staff there are extremely helpful. They inspected my vehicle and let me know what was wrong with it. Even further, they let me know if any more work is needed for my vehicle which let me know to prepare in advance. I bought a set of two front tires yesterday. The manager went to pick up the tires himself to shorten the wait... In the past, I had a bad experience with Firestone Gardena location with the manager. He seemed careless with customer service. I am glad that I found the Manhattan Beach location and I will continue to bring my vehicle to them.
